Par for this guys course , I lost all my heat and hot water one day before winter slammed and temperatures dropped to below freezing. My first call was to O' Brien's heating , Jerry O'Brien and there was no need to make a second call. Jerry was prompt to return my call and was on scene within 90 minutes. It was obvious to me after thorough explanation my old Utica boiler couldn't be resuscitated and also obvious Jerry was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and willing to work with me within an expedited time frame. Critiquing his schedule and making my replacement a priority to get heat back in my home before the pipes froze was very professional. We called the office, our contractor called the office, were assured by the person who answers the phone there we would get a call back.....never happened. Neither us nor our contractor heard a peep! Weeks have passed waiting for a response. We could have gotten another company to come in and address our issues, but unfortunately, we waited on that call. Needless to say, if this is how we were handled before any work started, I should consider myself lucky we did not put ourselves in a position to have hired this company, and had something like this happen. The nature of the work requested is well within the scope of services offered by Pro-Master of Scottville. I am left to wonder why we and our project were simply disregarded. How cool would it have been for these folks to simply say "thank you for calling, but we can't address your needs on this job" as opposed to "ghosting" us. I consider this, not only bad business, but a very serious character flaw. This behavior cost us weeks we could have been moving forward with another service provider. Very disappointing!
