Had to blow up their phone to get them to answer and was told someone on the interstate needed a tow so they just cancelled mine. Just because they can charge more for interstate tows. Don't call them! They will stand you up! They should have called me to explain themselves that they would be delayed. They did not. They just sent a text and completely cancelled it. No phone call. No explanation. After I'd already been waiting an hour! And your snotty phone girl didn't say anything about an accident. Simply said you went to tow a car off the interstate. So don't make up excuses now for your poor service!

I contacted SEVERAL different vendors and found the early morning hour (service visit set for 7:20) eliminated most vendors. I had set on a single vendor who expressed reluctance at the early time then agreed at a HEALTHY price until I got a response from Patriots Towing and Recovery. As I was working through Yelp, initially it was through email. Question went back and forth as information was provided. Then the quote came in. It's as SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the one I was previously quoted and included a Military Discount, something I hadn't expected and they had informed me of without me having to ask. The price difference was so large that I had to send one more email verifying it's accuracy. They verified and set the appointment. The next morning I received a phone call of Patriots Towing and Recovery informing they were making their way the automobile. I met the towing technician, Jimmy. Very professional and friendly. He quickly got the car lifted and set up for towing. The trip to the dealership and the drop off went smoothly. Jimmy then quoted me the same price I was quoted online, explained the Military Discount deduction, and paid, by card (was a Credit Card service fee that was reasonable). He then sincerely thanked me for my service as he shook my hand. Patriots Towing and Recovery has truly earned my respect and I will very happily endorse them to any who need towing and recovery services. Great Service, Schedule Flexibility, and Professionalism.
