If I could give these motherfuckers zero stars, I very much would!!! My vehicle was unlawfully towed. My tags are up-to-date. My car is registered in the state. My car is insured. I have the state inspection sticker. I was not parked in the fire lane. I was not parked in a visitors parking spot I was not parked in an handicap spot. Dude on the phone was very aggressive argumentative and overall unprofessional rather than being informative My car was towed from 10 PM to 2 AM which is only four hours and they're trying to charge me $195 They stated I did not have a visitor pass, which is correct simply because their website in order to create a visitor pass is faulty in which I told them, and even have proof of me trying to create a visitor pass. Then dude, try to say since I was at the residence 14 days out of a 28 day-month period I exceeded the limit the apartment complex allows which is why I wasn't able to create the visitor pass. He then tried to tell me that I agreed to that when I signed my lease. I reviewed my lease five times and actually just renewed my lease 10 days prior to the incident and nowhere in my lease does it say visitors are only allowed 14 out of a 28 day period in the month I called the towing company three times in which all three instances the dude was very rude and overall unprofessional. He then decided to place me on mute as I assume he was talking shit with other coworkers. On my fourth phone call, he decided not to answer so I had a friend call in which they picked the phone up immediately. This is not my first time being towed by this company. The first time I didn't have a state inspection sticker for Virginia and which I completely understand I was in the wrong and I had no problem paying the $195 however at this point, I feel as though they're trying to take advantage of people who won't speak up when wrong is wrong and right is right in which they got the right one today because I will be taking legal action!!!!! It has temporary tags on it and I would not be the least bit surprised if they try to tow it. These people are evil. On top of that, my property was damaged while in their care, and they showed no accountability or willingness to resolve the issue. Will do an update. Car got towed. I go pick it up. No issues until later in the day when I notice the damage. I was told my car came like that because the other side is damage. I told the man I know for sure it was damaged. I already spoke to a lawyer about this. Going this morning to see what can be done. Update: I return. We have a vehicle that's on an air suspension kit. We were getting really frustrated trying to find a tow company who can move a vehicle that is slammed on the ground with an air suspension kit that wasn't working. We had at least 5 towing truck companies come out to tell us that they would not be able to move our vehicle without damaging it. We told each towing company in advance that the vehicle was lowered and we were unable to get it back up to ride height because of an issue with the air suspension kit. They all told us that they could handle the car and their flat bed would be able to move our car. Unfortunately they all took at least an hour just to tell us they couldn't move our car. Fortunately, Big daddy towing was able to move our vehicle without damaging it. They were professional and came almost right away. This was the first time i had ever heard of Big Daddy Towing Co. I called and spoke with Mike. He was very pleasant and nice to talk with. He had his tow truck guy call me to let me know he was on the way. 10 minutes later he arrived. Very nice guy, Sonny got my car from the side yard at my shop behind an 8 foot fence. Sonny was very careful and he had my wrecked vehicle off the property in 20 minutes. Sonny really is a pro. I was actually towed for parking without a parking pass . However they took very good care of my vehicle while it was on their property. You always hear about people having terrible experiences with their car being damaged while being towed. The customer service was ok but you have to remember they have people yelling/cursing at them constantly, so the bland service was expected. However the gentleman in the front office was pretty cool and I appreciate him for being patient with me, since I did not have the required documents to have my car released. Horrible tow company! They towed my car from my complex because they said I did not have a parking sticker. When I told them I absolutely did have one they hung up on me. When they confirmed I did have the proper sticker they told me I could come get my car. I was so pissed. First I had to call my work and tell them I had no vehicle to get to work.
