They…read moremoved to a NEW LOCATION between Court of Gamers and Buddy's Toys at Thousand Oaks and Jones-Maltsberger. Great experience at Gotham Comics. The store was well organized, and the staff were polite and welcoming. There were several tables and long boxes to search through, making it a fun stop for comic collectors. They carry both back issues and new books, with a larger selection of newer titles, but there were still plenty of books to browse. Our whole family had a great time digging through the inventory and seeing what we could find. Definitely worth a visit for comic fans.

They rarely promote them on social media and mainly just promote cards. That's great but there are so many card shops. So yeah it would be nice if they widen their selection on funko pops and other collectibles. Like comic books are listed but they don't have them. It would be great to see comic books there. Also with the cards it would be nice to see like Star Wars or marvel cards. Hopefully this doesn't sound harsh but I've seen this store before they moved to this location. I know they have the potential to be a lot more. It's just disappointing that they have leaned so heavily to cards. When people like myself originally came for different stuff.

Several cards we looked at were priced $4 to $5 above marketplace we asked if they match market value as most places do and they said no. No one really seemed willing to help us. We walked out empty handed and wont return.

I really felt like I was in one of the small vendor shops at a Comic Con...loved it!! They have stuff from Harry Potter, Stargate, Doctor Who, Star Wars, and so on!! My husband had been trying to get me to Shebree's for over a year, but I wasn't able to make it until now...am I glad I went! I came away with a couple of cool items that I'd been eyeing online for a while! Shebree's got great prices, too. If you are a Comic Con fan, this is the place to go...no doubt! All of this for a reasonable price, as oppose to the outrageous prices I was quoted elsewhere. Aside from that, her shop always has cool stuff. The corset I wore under my dress, and the tiara I wore on my wedding day were also purchased there. I will definitely be back for more purchases in the future. Would totally recommend.

I'm not the most familiar with it as I come to bring my 13 year old son. You can buy a membership monthly to the store which gives you a pretty good discount on the merchandise which is worth it if your buying often. They sell snack and have a drink fountain for the players as well.
