I've been a GotPrint customer for nearly a decade. I use them when... 1. I don't need it fast. They have to ship it to you, and they are a big operation. 2. Price matters. They are ALWAYS the cheapest. 3. I'm sure my files are properly configured and truly print-ready. I highly recommend them, but I am experienced designer who understands how commercial printing works. If you're unsure, you may be better off using a local printer who can hold your hand. read more

Really disappointed in the customer service and communication. I decided to order cause of the price (it seemed like a great value for a foam board poster). I ordered a welcome poster for my baby shower many weeks in advance. Unfortunately It arrived damaged (not at the fault of the company) and a claim was filed between the company and mail carrier. I did not hear back about my poster, so I reached out to GotPrint. Customer service took days to respond, and when they did it was too late to print and ship another poster in time for the shower, so I asked for a refund. I followed up on my refund about 4 times and have not heard anything. To this day still did not recieve my refund. read more

sad to write this but...! 1 star=inconsistent 'quality'. poor customer service...i have done 3 jobs with this company. 2 were ok. but the last, most important--250 glossy artwork - 5 design postcards for a big l.a. film convention in november 2025 were a disaster. why? no quality control. the cards were delivered with the back side showing the printed trim line and safety zone. i had previously used this exact same size/design in march with another printer in van nuys, who did a perfect job. don't tell me noone in printing/shipping noticed! gotprint just doesn't care. period. so what happened after this fiasco? i was offered store credit. 2 months pass. ok, i thought, i'll try them again. big mistake. i was ready to place an online order, but could not get any help to confirm the proofs! i tried chat. chat told me to call customer service. i did. after a clear, calm, detailed discussion of the problem,the customer service rep told me she could not help and to email info@gotprint. she refused to give me her company email. basically i had to do this 3x-chat-call-email. guess what? i emailed info@gotprint. they instructed me to call customer service!! whaaaaat??? now all i want is a refund, to my card, no store credit. i am so done. sad. if anybody cared, this might have been a good business. read more

I used to order from got print a lot. For over a decade. Their customer service and quality has gone down hill. I ordered business cards with raised UV. They emailed me and said my file needed to be set up differently. Asked me to resend. I did. The cards come and not only are they damaged they are wrong. Customer service said my file was set up wrong. Ok. So why didn't you tell me so I could fix it? You asked for a new file once. Even if the file was correct, the cards I received have scraped and specs all over them. See pic. These prints look absolutely terrible. And that is with the print and paper quality, not the file. They offered a credit for about half instead of just reprinting. So I'm not eligible for a reprint because we both made a mistake? I will probably order them from uprinting instead. read more

I needed custom 4" x 9" place cards for my cousin's 80th birthday, and GotPrint exceeded my expectations. Each card was packed with fun trivia about everything that happened in 1946, with full-colour printing on both sides. As usual, time was of the essence, but from start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Uploading my files was quick and intuitive, and I appreciated the clear prompts throughout the ordering process. I also liked having the choice between picking up my order or having it shipped. I order thousands of postcards and have worked with this company for years. Lately my large orders have been shorted. The mailing I did today was shorted by about 1500 postcards. I was supposed to have 10,000 postcards. Years ago they would always deliver about 50 postcards over. I contacted them about my last order being short by at least 1000 postcards. They investigated and told me they sent me the correct amount. This time I am going to be sending a screen shot of the count from the post office. The printing quality is good but lately, on my large orders, they have been shorting the number of postcards provided. And not by a little but by a lot. Plus they used to have the option of using recycled paper for my postcards, but not anymore. read more

I've ordered thousands of cards from GotPrint in the past, but the service has completely tanked. After canceling a poor-quality logo design (Order #29193457) in March--which their policy allows--I agreed to keep the $100 as an account credit. On 4/24/26, I tried to use that credit for a new order (#30467861), only for GotPrint to unilaterally cancel it. A rep named Cindy told me the design team "refuses" my business now because of the previous cancellation. Worse, a rep named Jeff confirmed my $100 is "stuck" and they won't refund it to my card. They have terminated the business relationship but are refusing to return my money. It feels unprofessional and dishonest. If they won't do the work, they shouldn't keep the cash. Avoid their design services unless you want your funds held hostage. Read the Google Reviews if there is a problem as in my case. It appears to be a lot of young people hanging out together while at work. I didn't receive the professionalism that you would expect. They said they had a lot of notes on my file. Sad for $100 at today's hourly wages. Send the $100 back per their policies and I promise I won't do any business with you ever. read more

Low print quality, disappointing service I printed over 400 pages on thick cardstock, and the quality was very poor. The prints were misaligned, which is unacceptable for a professional print shop. I also paid extra for rounded corners, but the cuts were uneven and poorly done. I ended up buying tools from Michael's and re-cutting every corner myself. Customer service was even more disappointing. The staff was rude, cut me off while I was speaking, and sounded irritated the entire time. No help, no solution, and no compensation were offered. We ordered business cards from GotPrint. If I had found the Yelp reviews before I ordered I would have gone elsewhere from the start. But unfortunately I found them now after we placed and received our order. All of the cards are printed off center and the matte paper upgrade option feels like something I could have printed at home. The edges are not smooth and the cards are very thin. After some back and forth with customer support they offered to reprint one of the 4 cards we ordered and provide a $25.19 store credit. Here is their response... "We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. Please be advised that we can provide you with either a Store Creditof $25.19 OR a free reprint for set 3 with the understanding we do reserve a 1/16 cut shift tolerance." I ordered real estate flyers and also business cards. 180 of the 250 flyers were printed badly and had creases. What's amazing is that the bad copies were right on top and the packer didnt catch or care. Then they promise a credit and nothing shows up in my account. Terrible customer service and terrible quality if getting shipped. Products often are received with bends & scratches. I paid extra for shipping "end of next business day" and didnt recieve it until 4 days later. They said that means they ship it end of next business day, not that i'll receive it, which is not typical for any business to describe it for themselves and not for the customer, and am being told that's my fault for not calling to ask if I was confused. I told them what day I needed it by in the first place and they took no steps to explain. Why would I as the customer, pay for which day that they'll ship it? We are loyal customers at a nonprofit and their customer service team was terrible. The final resolution is them saying they will give me back $10 and if I dont accept, they are closing the ticket. I'm not sure how this business is still operational. I submitted a brochure order to Gotprint. This was the ONLY company (out of 3 others I've worked with, same exact design file) that had issues with our proofs. It took four business days of back and forth with them rejecting our design, resubmitting with their corrections. Customer service was really giving condescending vibes. Horrible customer service takes days to respond and never replies back to follow up emails. My item came damaged, they mentioned they will start a claim with UPS. On that note, If there are delays please be communicative with your customers instead of ghosting them. I now have no choice but to file a claim with my credit card company. I have tried to get envelopes printed - the first time the lines were all smudged and blurry - they re-printed - same issue. They then told me that it was my fault, that I didn't give them a flattened file. I said nope - it was flattened, and as a designer for 30 years who sends jobs to print on average 1-2 times a week I've never once had this happen. However, I then provided them with a jpeg instead, which they assured me then this issue would not happen. Well, it happened again. This is now the 3rd time printing these envelopes with the exact same errors/issues. I needed these envelopes over a month ago and am still waiting. I reported this issue 2 days ago and still no one has got back to me. At this point I've paid expedited shipping 3 times and still have no usable envelopes. I've been incredibly patient but someone needs to fire some people if they want this business to succeed. I won't be using them again that's for sure. read more

When I called and spoke to Milton he was rude and said he would try to see if he could waive the reshipping fee and it would take another two weeks. It's been over a month since I placed my order. I told him that YOU are the customer of USPS and YOU hired them, not me. You need to make this right. Why should I have to pay for a reshipping fee when I did nothing wrong? I printed over $200 of promotional business cards for my company. The colors did not match the e-proofs. The black colors were muted, and washed out. The card looked faded and not professional. I contacted customer service and they said that they are not responsible for matching color. I asked if there was a way to get a physical proof to confirm color. They mentioned they did not have this option. They print in gang runs, meaning there is no guarantee of color. Will not use them again. Desaturated colors, that make my business cards look terrible. So, I recently had THE WORST PRINTING EXPERIENCE EVER with GotPrint, and I want to share it in case it saves someone else the headache. I've been a graphic designer for 20 years, and this was hands down the worst printer I've ever used. I'm astounded. I chose manual processing specifically so a human would review my order. What I got back was completely crooked, misaligned, and nowhere close to the proof I had approved. Like, embarrassingly bad -- it looked like something went wrong in the actual print run, not just a "safe zone" issue. Naturally, I thought if I called, they'd see the mistake and make it right. Instead, I got Anna in customer service, who was sarcastic, dismissive, and basically told me it was my fault -- even though she admitted she couldn't see the proof or the final result herself. Zero empathy, zero accountability. Honestly, she sounded annoyed I even called. I ended up leaving a review on Trustpilot, and GotPrint's official response just made things worse. Here's what they said: "A proof we sent on 8/6 did state in the notes that there were text/artwork outside of the safe zone. A new file was received and a new proof was sent on 8/11 stating in the notes that there were elements past the safe zone, but the order was Approved to print by the account user. We went ahead and offered Store Credit to use towards a second try with all the elements moved inside the safe zone. That offer went to the account-holder. Feel free to contact our friendly Customer Service team to help on your next order. Thank you." Don't even get me started on their "our friendly Customer Service" bs comment - could they be anymore tone deaf? Or is this just more of them being snarky? Because it aint legit that's for sure! The real kicker? The "safe zone" issue they keep pointing to wasn't even the problem - I already accommodated for that in my design. My complaint was that THE ENTIRE JOB CAME OUT CROOKED and totally unlike the proof. But instead of acknowledging that, they doubled down on blaming me - as you can see above in their response to me - "there were elements past the safe zone" - again, not even the issue, and they just bypass their gross negligence. And instead of a refund (like Vistaprint or literally any decent printer would offer if a job went this sideways), they offered me store credit -- like I want to use their services again. Basically, "go spend MORE MONEY with us to fix the thing WE botched." I honestly thought GotPrint had a decent reputation, but after this nightmare and digging into other reviews, I see I was VERY wrong. Between the poor quality control, the rude/unhelpful service, and their refusal to actually stand behind their work, I'm beyond done. Look at these photo and you'll see gross negligence in production The marketing pieces were cut incorrectly and die lines are visible on the finished product while the opposite side is cut short. The company's resolution is to blame a "fine print" clause on their website stating items may shift in printing. Their proposed resolution involves me spending $30 to ship these back to them ( only for them to dispose of ) in order to get my $100 refund. Clearly a cheap deterrent tactic. I sent them the photos and paid extra for a real person to make sure they would appear like they should. 2 weeks later, after I am supposed to have the cards, they call me and say that they dont fit and there will be a weird white border. I said no, they said ok then you wont get them in time even though you ordered them with the latest date leaving you more than a week of wiggle room. i said ok change the cards. then they said oh and you need to pay extra for faster shipping. i said ok, but you promise they will get to me in time? they said they would. i paid even more. Today is the day before the convention. The cards were the part that i needed to go along with my item i am handing out so that way i can actually try to sell myself. ticket for the convention bought. hotel room at 190 a night booked. already packed and ready to go. no business cards. i call them and they said "oh ya we decided not to send them until yesterday". What the heck. they screwed me. hundreds of dollars and at every turn they did nothing i asked for. I tried to talk to the online customer service rep and he was rude. forced me to call in. the phone guy was nicer but did NOTHING to fix it. EDIT the cards came. They are EXCELLENT. Very well done. I have used GotPrint over the course of a year, the overall quality of work is def a 4/5 stars. Definitely they can improve in quality work with the outlining and cutting of quality work; I had ordered business cards a few times; I say 98% of them where perfectly aligned and cut; yet 2% where off and image/cutting unbalanced. However, I did not say nothing, left it as is, 2nd time around, same thing, this is my 3rd order, I will check, as I did order my rebranded business cards and brochures. I do like the fact that they notify you if your images are poor quality and/or not aligned as it can be a poor print. So that def is a huge help! There is great perks to them as well with returning customers with 10-15% coupons every once in a while! Who doesn't like savings?! Everywhere is a hit and miss! And truth be told they are cost effective and I do pick up in their Burbank headquarters office- staff is friendly! read more

I've been a customer of Printograph for a good 10+ years without any issues - as a matter of fact, I would say they were excellent. In the last six months, I had nothing but problems. I needed a reprint of cards that were initially printed perfect - on the reprint using the same files, the cards printed extremely light. I was told by Printograph that I need to set the files up differently even though they printed perfect the first time. I went ahead and followed Printograph's suggestion - had the cards reprinted and they looked exactly the same. Printograph would not fix the problem or offer a reprint, they gave me a $50 credit on the first run that didn't even cover half of the cost and I was stuck paying in full for the second run. At this point, I sent the same files to a different printer and they came out great! Next issue, I ordered 13 sets of rack cards on 9/15. I received 6 out of the 13 within a week, now the balance is lost. Printograph is not willing to reprint at this time - they need to hear back from UPS first. Today is 9/30 and they want me to continue to wait until 10/3. Printograph is a trade printer - they know that whoever orders is a broker that needs to accomodate their clients. Now I have to explain to my client that they will not receive their cards on time due to an incompetent printer. To sum up my ramblings . . . I would never order from this company again - their are plenty of printers out there, I would advise to use them! read more

I've been doing business with them for years and always very happy. I live only a few minutes away. Lately though, I have had horrible issues with business cards (out of focus to the point that they were unreadable) and large banners that were dirty and had blotches in the background. Customer service said it must be my fault, that I did something wrong. I made screen shots from the order page, but they weren't interested. There must be new owners who don't care. I recently read reviews to see if it was just me, it's not. Many people have similar complaints, with Got Print responding, "our supervisor team tried to reach out to you with no luck", when you have to answer dozens of people that way, perhaps you need to take a look at your supervisor team and find out why they are unable to do their job. I refused both and told them the refund needs to be processed. This was my first order and first experience with this company. Bookmarks & Business Card Epic Fail I ordered bookmarks, business cards, and postcards from GotPrint. Upon arrival, I encountered the following issues with the business cards: - One side had the correct color, but the back had a significant pink hue, making the cards unusable. It seems like there might have been an ink shortage or a lack of quality control, as the background images used are the same. - The top side of the cards had rough edges, noticeable on the dark print, suggesting that the blades might need replacement. Bookmarks: - The same issue occurred with the bookmarks, where one side was pink and the other blue, as if they ran out of ink. - One edge was also rough. - The worst part was that the images were reversed; when you turn the bookmark over, the writing is upside down. Photos of the final product were submitted to GotPrint, and their response was to offer a partial refund for the bookmarks and either a partial refund or reprinting for the business cards. I paid for shipping for these orders, and if I place a replacement order, I will have to pay another $25 for shipping. In their (admittedly fast) response, there was no mention of the significant color discrepancy between the front and back of the actual file submitted. Instead, I received odd instructions about how to rotate the files upon submission (for the bookmarks), even though they were rotated correctly, and the file submission and final proofs are correct. I am disappointed that the response is a partial refund when the error is entirely on their side, with poor cutting and very poor print quality resulting in a pink night sky instead of a dark blue. I would have preferred a response of reprinting and mailing both items as soon as possible. The files themselves are 300 dpi PNG files and were set up exactly to specifications using their templates. If I have to pay more money out of pocket to get this rectified, the least I can do is leave an honest review. I would advise proceeding with caution and considering visiting a local print shop to get your work done instead. read more
