After a car accident that led to whiplash, I was recommended to Dr Gould for chiropractic work. He is amazing, very thorough in his diagnosis and treatment! I usually don't like adjustments, hate the cracking sound. But his adjustments are the best, very quick and gentle. He puts you at ease and instantly you feel better. So, it's been three years since my first visit with Dr Gould. I went there to treat a neck and shoulder injury, which I am still amazed healed and reduced the pain immensely. But even after my treatment and healing and settlement I continue to see Dr Gould because there are activities that I do in my everyday life that his adjustments have greatly improved. Like my posture! I would highly recommend continuing regular chiropractic visits even after your injuries are resolved! The deep tissue laser treatments absolutely work on my neck which sometimes feels a little stiff due to everyday tension along with massage and simple physical therapy. Gr Gould is an awesome doctor and has helped me with my injures.. But his staff on the other hand. It seems every time I go in theres someone new running the front desk and they're not always the most courteous. My neck has been in pain, so called his office this morning and made an appointment for this afternoon. When I got there, the receptionist couldn't find my appointment and when I told her I had called this morning, she then tells me Dr Gould wasn't in, in fact he left for the day. Was it an emergency? How come no one called and told me so I could make arrangements else where... Instead of wasting my time driving all the way here just be told he's gone for the day. She apologizes which didn't seem genuine but more to just get me to stop asking. She asks if I wanted to come back tomorrow and MAYBE be seen by another doctor. Annoyed by lack of courtesy. I had really high expectations from this place after researching for chiropractics on the area and reading many reviews. I've been to multiple chiropractics and massage therapy so I am familiar with their procedures. I decided to make an appointment to visit Dr. Gould because I have a couple of concerns about my body due to some injuries I suffered in the past year. I am not sure if if had made an appointment would of have made any difference but I went in and it seemed like a great place I realize that this place is very busy. I filled out the forms and indicated the body parts that I had trouble with. I spoke with Dr. Gould and I told him my concerns, it seemed as he didn't care, I tried to be as detailed as possible in order to get a good answer and causes of my problems (high expectations) but he just made me do some movements to verify my problem, I think he must not have seen major problem at all. I mean as long as I do not exercise I do not feel pain which I told him, but I am trying to go back to the gym routine and with this problems I am not sure I will be able to give 100%. After this he made me lay down on a heater pad and then I got adjusted, I walked out of there adjusted. Which I can really tell Dr. Gould knows what he is doing, as he stated on yelp he has many years of experience. After that I went ahead and received a great massage. Up to this day I don't know how to feel about his service, I was expecting more than just being adjusted, probably a walk through of causes and treatment he has dealt on the past based on my injuries. I am still deciding weather or not go back to this place because any other chiropractic can adjust me but not all will take the time to explain to you those things that can be done in order to get back in shape. read more

Before my first appointment, I had to crawl out of bed and stretch around on the floor until I could handle the pain of standing up to get my day started. Look, there's a reason all of the reviews have five stars. Not only is Dr. Gould incredibly attentive, his bedside manner is also excellent. I feel that my treatment is personalized and when I don't want something (like ultra sound therapy) it does NOT get pushed on me. He sold me a pillow to teach me to sleep on my back and was an instant improvement. I've had migraines for many years and he helped relieve a lot of the tension in my neck and shoulders that was partially the cause. I made a commitment to get back into working out consistently, however instead of taking baby steps I decided to walk, jog, then I thought to myself "I feel GREAT", so let's also sprint! Unfortunately I hurt my foot. Just like mental enhancements, physical is the same. Build your stamina, then continue to progress and take it to the next level. My Chiropractor said it best "You need to earn it", meaning build yourself to that level to sprint or whatever else your goal is. Also of course your positioning and foot support is critical! Being a competitive athlete. I really need to get my body adjusted. Having pains throughout my upper back. I do a lot of pull-ups. (Urban gymnastics {calisthenics}). I found a pain not too long ago.
