Was very happy with the cleaning so I went back. The second time I went in to get my teeth cleaned, it was a newer hygienist and she was not prepared. Spent 10-15 min when I first sat down getting her things together. Then after the Dr checked me out, she spent MAYBE a total of 15 min cleaning my teeth. She had made a comment about how good my teeth look, and I think that therefore meant to her that she didn't need to spend time actually doing a deep clean. Which is absolutely not how that works. If I'm spending $300 out of pocket for you to clean my teeth, you'd better be looking in all the little nooks and crannies. I was in and out of that office in under an hour and was very upset at the cleaning I received. I tried to talk to the front desk about it but they were very uninterested and far from helpful. Basically gave me a, "Oh well. Pay us the $300." Will never return here.

But through prayer and God's guidance, I found Drs. Collins. They are a married couple who both work in the Valley campus, and they also have another location on South Hill. I told them this my first visit and they took the time to get to know me, help me try to get comfortable, and provide me medicine that I could take before my appointments to help me relax. I usually see Amber now and she is wonderful. She remembers things I've told her that are going on in my life, my kids names, etc. and it just makes you feel like a friend, not just a patient.
