I have lots of anxiety and post traumatic symptoms from years of dental treatment. I was made to feel at ease even in the waiting room. Dr. Conway is absolutely the only Dentist that I've met that cares about mental health. I work in the mental health field where we allow clients to be in the driver's seat. This is what Dr. Conway does. He allows you to be the one to make the decisions and to say how you feel about the type of care that you're given. I was never once insulted or reprimanded for my lack of good oral hygiene. I take full responsibility for my negligence. Dr. Conway takes full responsibility at staying nonjudgmental and super gentle and careful while treating me. I had to have a crown removed and thought it was going to be a lot more problematic. Dr. Conway was able to remove it with very little discomfort and I am going to go back. I recommend him as a dentist!! Kudos to his amazing assistant and office staff. If you're like me and you are nervous about seeing a dentist after three or more years, check him out. I don't have dental insurance but I do have care-credit and it's working out great! We went and found out they were not in network so decided to not go again. My wife's fellow employee's said that they were back in network so she called in said "great that you are now in network" and they didn't say crap about that. We got an "estimate" which did not disclose in writing or verbally that they were not in network with Cigna. Their "estimate" was we would be responsible for $1,154.00 out of $2,778. Had some work done and they called us to let us know insurance was paying what they thought it would so we stopped treatment. Total bill was $2,004 and our responsibility is $1,580. DO NOT GO THERE they don't disclose crap and wouldn't agree to discount his bill. Mark N.

While my previous dentist was fine, I started feeling uneasy about the amount of work being recommended (fillings, crowns, etc.) that didn't seem urgent. I wanted a second opinion, and I'm grateful I found this office! The dental office atmosphere felt warm and welcoming--not cold or sterile like many dental offices. The entire staff was friendly and genuinely kind. Tammy helped get me set up as a new patient and was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable during my perio charting, which not all offices do. As someone with some gum recession, I really appreciated that they take this seriously and track it closely. Dr. Eliassen was so wonderful. She was thorough, patient, and generous with her time. She walked me through my x-rays, explained everything clearly, and even fixed an enamel chip I had (which fixed the cold sensitivity that I was experiencing). Every single time I have been there, I felt that each one in the office cared for my dental health and wanted to provide the best services possible. In my opinion, they have exceeded my expectations especially when compared to the other dentists I used to go to until Integrated Dental Arts opened their doors around 1991. This latest yearly examination was, in many ways, more efficient due to the continued expertise of the staff from the front desk to the assistants for Dr. Hakes and Samantha, who did the scheduling for my next visit. All of them were not only efficiently performing their duties but were exceedingly professional in doing so. I cannot envision going anywhere else for my dental health needs.
