We received the Bang Bang Shrimp first, which was big and delicious (still not sure how they are able to prepare as a circle). The rolls were brought out in a unique dragon platter. I don't know what the Chef's Choice was but it was absolutely delicious, it had avocado and cream cheese but not sure if tuna or salmon with masago on top.
