I've ordered from this Jimmy John's a few times now and they've been consistently great. I usually order the #10 (Hunters Club) gutted with extra hot peppers and jalapeño chips... great every time. Delivery is quick and the drivers I've encountered have been excellent. I'm a good tipper - so maybe that makes a difference, but I've been pleased with each order... and now that I've finally downloaded the app, I'm able to earn free stuff - so even better!! read more

My husband and I order here all the time. Since they started the "hot subs", I've consistently ordered the CBR. It keeps being forgotten at the store! The night manager was snarky toward my husband who called to voice his frustration. Now 20 mins later and I'm still waiting on my hot sub to be delivered as my husband's tuna sits lonely as we wait! Nothing but an I'm sorry everytime. It's become inexcusable at this point. read more

Hubby and I are on a ketogenic lifestyle and wanted something that didn't knock us out of ketosis! Jimmy John's sandwiches to the rescue! They have the "Umwich" choice - so instead of bread, it's wrapped in lettuce!! Who knew!?! I had the #14 or the Bootlegger - turkey, roast beef, lettuce, tomato, and added provolone cheese. Delish! We like Jimmy John's sandwiches. My son usually orders the regular tuna salad and he likes to add all the extra veggies offered at no cost. Since I am a senior now, I appreciate being able to order Little John's because this size is just enough for me and affordable. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The restaurant is clean and I enjoy reading the various signs as I eat. My only disappointment is the location because this shopping center has narrow parking plus it would be great if this store had a drive thru then I definitely would be visiting more often. read more

My first time using the app. I ordered the club tuna with some add ons. After picking up my sub and bringing it home. Went there for the third time today and ordered a number 10 double roast beef sandwich. Ate half in the car on the way home. When I got home six minutes later I took a bite out of the second half of the sandwich and noticed that the roast beef was green around the edges. It really grossed me out so I took the second half back to the store and said "look this roast beef is green around the edges and I want my money back." They absolutely refused. I was then told that it was "normal" for their roast beef to turn green around the edges after sitting in their trays a couple hours. I told them I would never eat there again and would badmouth the restaurant to all of Palm Coast. They didn't care. I then went to Publix to do some grocery shopping. I told the guy working the deli about my experience and he said it was definitely not normal for the roast beef to be green around the edges or anywhere else. He then pulled out a big piece of their roast beef to show me. It looked beautiful. So as I suspected the woman was giving me a line about it being "normal" to be green around the edges. So to all of Palm Coast, I am your neighbor, stay far away from this restaurant. Now I'm just hoping that I don't get really sick soon. Remember, STAY AWAY !!! For your own health. read more

Thanks to a coupon we found, we went to Jimmy John's for subs. WOW! Everything on this sandwich was SO fresh! You can really tell a difference at Jimmy John's. The bread, meat, veggies and even condiments tasted oh so fresh! They even have a mini version that is only 3" long so there's something for everyone's taste. Our favorite is the Country Club, but I'm anxious to go back and try more. My favorite thing about the bread is it doesn't overpower the rest of the sandwich. This place needs a complete overhaul. We ordered two sandwiches tonight. Told the young girl answering the phone to duplicate our last order except, make the large sandwich just regular size. She repeats the order back and it is correct. We wait, receive the sandwiches and mine is missing the added roast beef I ordered and paid for. Number 11, add roast beef. Not that difficult you would think. I call back, get the same girl, inform her of the error and she says no problem, we'll make it right. They bring another sandwich to replace the first. I unwrap it to check and this one has roast beef unfortunately, they leave the turkey off this one. One would think they would hire quality employees or at least train them properly to make a simple sandwich. I call back, at this point I am at wits end and not in the best of moods. I ask for the manager. A guy gets on and asks if there's a problem. I laid into him over their second mistake and the phone goes silent. I asked, HELLO?? He says I'm here. All he says then is, I'm sorry. That's the best I got, from there he just clammed up. Didn't offer to make things right. Didn't tell me what he was going to do about it, NOTHING!! He had no customer service skills whatsoever and he's a manager?? Whoever was making the sandwiches needs to be retrained or sent packing. All this over a flippin' $7 sandwich!
