They sell Furygan gear here (and some other stuff like Alpinestars). But Furygan is what I like about it. Very high quality European racing gear. Top of the line stuff. And very hard to actually purchase online, at least stateside. I am temporary here, but I brought my bikes with me. An Aprilia RSV4 RF and a BMW S1000RR HP. Jeff did a great job removing the ignition from the RSV4 and installing a woodcraft keyswitch eliminator. He also did a full service on it, and replaced al fasteners and fairing bolts with lighter weight, red, iodized aluminum ones. Installed a weight reduced SHORAI lithium battery as well. By the time he was done, my RSV4 had not only been fully serviced, but had top quality parts installed, and probably lost about 20-30 pounds in weight. And we all know, less weight = faster bike. Because there is no BMW Motorrad or Aprilia dealers / techs in the WNY area, I take my machines to Moto Z, and I trust and recommend them, highly. Prices are very fair too by the way. And every now and then they get reserved spots for track days and invite customers to join. Highly recommend doing track days.

When I went to pick it up the owner had a difficult time starting it. He said because it was sitting outside for a few days. When I got the machine home, it would not start at all. I contacted him that it would not start, and he said he was now busy and said I could bring it back in a couple of weeks. I took it back and he said there was bad gas in it (I had just put new non-ethanol in it). He said he had to drain the tank and clean the fuel lines, clean the carburetor, and put a new spark plug in it. I took the machine home, and it still would NOT start. I contacted him again ( he doesn't answer his phone, he only replies to text messages). Again, he said he was busy, and he'd get back to me when I could bring it in. I asked if he had some obligation to look at my machine since it's not running after 2 trips to his place. His response was, "Just because I touched it does not mean that I caused the problem." To the contrary, I got fed up with this guy's bull and took it to a very reputable dealer in the area. Their service department looked at the machine, and the next day called me and said the carburetor had been taken off but was not placed back into the machine properly which was the primary no start problem. They also said the spark plug was at least a couple of years old and was definitely NOT a new plug. When I told them who did the work, they said I was not the first person to bring a machine to them after 716 motorsports had "worked on it". 716 Motorsports charged me for a spark plug he never replaced and labor he had not provided. On the invoice he had charged me for a spark plug installation and testing. I my opinion, he is an incompetent mechanic, a liar and a thief. And the final word, he sent me a text on Sept. 26, 2 months after I first brought it in, asking me if I'd like to bring it back. HA HA, NEVER AGAIN!!!

I called the dealership in Hamburg (very helpful) and was directed to Hector's Honda of Jamestown. The Hamburg salesman offered to have someone from the Jamestown dealership call me. Within the hour, I received a telephone call from one of the rudest salesmen I have ever been contacted by - which is saying a lot. He clearly felt that talking to me about a 50cc scooter was below him and a waste of his time. I asked general questions like, how do we get the scooter back to Buffalo (he didn't offer to have it delivered - even at a cost), storage and maintenance options (he said bring it back to Jamestown. Really?? So the Hamburg dealership can't do ANYTHING for me because it's a scooter and not a car?). I asked to talk to the general manager and the very rude salesman put me on hold and then hung up on me. Thanks for making sure I knew in advance what crappy service your dealership provides.
