Purchase my 4 wheeler elsewhere, but went here for oil and filter because it's close to home. Went there twice because even after the first time I called to make sure the filter was in stock it wasn't. The second time I went I was treated with very poor service. Waited about 15 mins while the parts guy chewed the fat with another customer. Finally another employee came to my aid. She didn't seem to know how to find the correct filter number, so I looked it up on my phone. After we found it, the first useless guy chimed in, "did you need anything?" Even she seemed aggravated with him. Next time I'll buy my parts online. read more

We live a couple of miles from Bob Weavers & Heblers. But we drove out to Bucks to look for a new Polaris & particularly a used ATV they had listed on their website that I was interested in for our daughters farm. We saw a number of the staff walking around so asked for help as no-one took the initiative to approach ??? My wife was busy picking out a number of clothing/riding suits for the grandkids. Finally we asked another one of the girls for help & she went to look for a salesman. We waited several minutes & went looking as well. He was in an office alone & we overheard him tell her to inform us that he would be with us in 5 minutes. He then left the building ??? I followed him out but he was now chatting with someone who had just driven in. We left frustrated & empty handed. I assumed we must have visited Bucks at a bad time. Even though the place was empty the staff present were way too busy sitting at their respective stations ??? So that afternoon I emailed Bucks (via the website) regarding the used ATV they still had listed. I did get the rote email response acknowledging my email, but several days have passed & still no response from anyone at Bucks !!! I assume they are all still very busy. read more

HORRIBLE! Went there in an emergency situation got a flat while riding and this was the closest shop. Turned out to be a bad valve stem which is a 10 min fix and a $5 part, they in turn wanted to charge $65 when I told them that was outrageous they agreed to charge $55. Complete rip off! Very rude! Went to Don Georges to get the other one fixed for $35 much more reasonable. I would never recommend bucks for service to anyone. read more

Well I must say that before today, bucks was on my crap list, a bunch of us have dealth with them over the past 2 years and were not happy with customer service. I brought my sled in this week to fix a problem that was created when i bought the sled. I was very impressed with the level of service I got today from them from all departments. The owner told me changes have been made and they are striving to regain my business and those they have lost in the past. With what I saw today , I am more than willing to continue the relationship. I am in customer service as a career and it takes work sometimes to exceed the clients needs. Everyone always posts about the raw deal , but few ever hand out positive feed back. Hey they gotta make a living like the rest of us, and we shouldn't expect everything for free. When the two meet in the middle,( clients expectation and dealer promises) then I think business relationships flourish. read more

Today I went to Buck's motor sports and was told that I am a pain in the ass customer. And everything has to be free for me to buy it. Well I don't ever remember Them giving me anything for free but a t shirt after I bought a 13 thousand dollar snowmobile. Or the bags of snow gear we purchased at there sale. I have bought 4 snowmobiles from them. Over the years. I have tried to purchase more than that from them but they never seem to call back or give you prices. Or they wait till the last possible minute to put you in a position where you have to buy it within the next few minutes or the spring order ends. I would of never put this review on here but there very unprofessional. lacking proper help. I have had service issues with simple things like tightening up My battery after installing a simple cord for my helmet which left me with a no start condition on a -10 degree day. thanks buck's I'll be purchasing my free snowmobiles else ware from now on. read more

WORST. SERVICE. DEPARTMENT. EVER. Horrible experience. I brought my motorcycle in to be inspected. I was told to bring it back in a week. I came back a week later and Mike said he didn't write me into the appointment book but, would "make time" to work on the bike. While there, I saw that they had a maintenance package promotion. I told him to add that on as to put new tires on (that I brought in). He also had to work on an electrical issue (blinkers were not working properly). A little over a week later, I received a call saying they had the bike apart and saw that it needed new pads. He told me it was going to be $69 for the parts. I asked abut the other issues and was told they haven't gotten around to the electrical or putting the tires on yet. After waiting another week, I called to see what was going on with the bike. Mike told me the brake pads hadn't come in yet. I then asked about the electrical issue. He told me he hasn't looked at it yet. At this point I was a bit annoyed and had been without my bike for over 2 weeks. I asked him if he found a problem with the electrical system and needed to order a part, if it would take another week to come in an additional time to fix it. He disregarded my suggestion to diagnose the problem and order the part while working on other issues. A week later, after no calls, my wife called (I was out of town). She was told the brakes were done but they are working on the electrical issue. She called back a bit later and was told they have to order a part from the manufacturer. Upset, my wife asked if the bike would be there another week. She was told no, the parts are always shipped in 2 days (I'm wondering why it took so long to get the brake pads then?) She called back a few days later and was told that the part came in and they were working on the bike. She asked how long it would take to put the part in and was told about 30 minutes. Later that day, she was told the bike was ready for pick up. Here is a summary of issues with this place: -Dishonest: they told my wife parts come in on 2 day shipping. Why did it take over a week to get brake pads. -The service department guy (Mike) did take the blame. His fix for his problem was to not charge labor to install the electrical part. 30 mins of labor at $69 an hour is $35 off... All in all I was without a bike for over 3 weeks. It cost me $823 to change the oil/fluids, put tires on, change brake pads, fix an electrical issue, and perform a state inspection and I get $35 off... Horrible business practice. I based going to this place on google reviews. All the other reviewers must be friends or never had to deal with the service department. read more

I recently purchased my first skidoo snowmobile from Buck's Motorsports. It is pretty far from where we live but we decided to make time and take a ride out there anyways. Their store was cool and the salesman who took care of us was very nice and helpful. I decided to purchase a 2016 skidoo rev xp from them that's how much I liked it. It was hard waiting the week to come pick it up. I was very excited until an hour before we had to come pick it up. An hour before we left to come get it, their sales manager ,Dave, had contacted us and was very rude to my mother on the phone. There was a miscommunication about the warranty that we were not informed about before we made the deal. Which we still wanted the sled. So my mother asked a few more questions. He was so rude and cocky about answering her questions it was ridiculous. He told her he would cancel the whole deal right then and there. Which is not what we wanted to do or really hear from him. It was very unprofessional and disappointing especially towards a customer trying to make a big purchase from them. You think they would treat you with a little more respect. I don't understand their concept of customer service at all...If they didn't want my business they should of just said so. Buying my first snowmobile was suppose to be an exciting experience. Instead, it was very stressful and upsetting. I will never go back and I regret buying the sled from them. I should of let the sales manager cancel the deal because it would of been less of a headache. What a nightmare. Nothing but problems and disappointment. read more

I brought them a Suzuki(a brand they don't carry but did a well enough job) that needed electrical rewiring done, one of the salesmen (Nicholas I think was name his name) greeted me as I wondered the sales floor looking for the service desk as they were putting on a renovation at the time. As I was setting up what I wanted to have done with the service manger he came off as kind of a jerk and pushy. The turn around time and service are what I would expect of from a dealer and the service manger whom I dealt with earlier had left and was replaced with someone who seemed much friendlier. I later had the opportunity to chat with the salesman who seemed professional and answered my question about the bikes promptly. I will admit for someone who loves practical Japanese bikes, Nick showed me an American that caught my eye if I wanted something different then a Harley or Shadow. To sum it up Bucks managed to do a decent job with the wiring, which is something I hate doing and the sales team was helpful and didn't brush me off even with me being up front about not buying anything in the near future. read more
