Update: The ridiculous response to my review only makes me want to ensure my review does not get taken down. Esteban continues to lie in his response and I'm not going to waste my time responding anymore after this. but the lies about "using a special chemical" on the stains I removed are pure BS. So are the claims I made him drop keys off(he offered) and that I was 30 minutes late(It was 10 minutes). Some effort and a lot of white lies. I needed a move out clean for my 500sqft studio apartment. Esteban proceeds to arrive a half hour late, and then when I leave to complete my move, he calls and tells me some of the wall stains are not removable and shares a video of a dish scrubbing plastic brush(?!) with plastic bristles being used on the wall. I accept one particular stain was probably tricky but was surprised at some of his claims. I ask him for additional pictures and he sends me a couple of videos but not the entire unit. When I insist, he FaceTimes me and shows me some of the marks that he couldn't take out in the closet and on the walls. Not the worst but not the best. You get what you pay for. We used them on a recurring basis since October of last year, but let them go recently as some of the Cons became trends that we did not want to put up with anymore. Two bed, two bathroom apartment Pros: - Affordable. They were the cheapest we found which is why we originally hired them. - Quick. As a team of 4 to 6 usually showed up and were done within a couple of hours Cons: - Not reliable for scheduling. We set a schedule for every two weeks, but they often changed the time without notice or were incredibly late (by over an hour). Working from home - this was incredibly annoying when my roommate and I had meetings for work and tried to schedule them around the time they would arrive. - Indelicate. They'd knock out our Internet nearly every time they cleaned. Again, we work from home, so this sucked. They also broke things a few times. Nothing major, but a glass figurine, a cup, and a perfume bottle. - Rudeness The manager can be rude. Is he awful? Nah, but it happened too often for me to be comfortable with it. It's not the end of the world, but just know what you're getting into. - Mediocre cleaning. Look, if you want the basics done and quickly, they're great. If you're looking for them to be detailed, look for someone else. This originally wasn't an issue for me, but eventually became one. Also, I brought most of these up with the manager and he always made promises to fix them. He didn't, so we let them go. Conclusion: Are they for you? If you aren't too picky about quality and want a cheap price, they're great. If you are even a little picky, then keep looking. read more

I needed my venetian blinds cleaned primarily since I had cleaned the bathrooms, stove, and refrigerator. A crew of 4 came and thoroughly cleaned for 3.5 hours and it was amazing how they cleaned the two bedroom, two bath condo so that it was spotless. They went over the areas that I thought were clean but were not spotless. They started work in all different areas right away. The venetian blinds were caked with dust and dirt for over 12 years. I thought I would have to take them down to wash it or hire a specialist since most cleaners don't want to deal with venetian blinds. They were so diligent and patient in wiping each blind clean without smearing the dirt all over the strings. I highly recommend their services. This saved me days of slaving over the cleaning. The owner was very responsive and professional in communication. He and 4 ladies came to the job on time with Covid19 protective gear. He explained things clearly before starting the job. First of all, the owner Esteban acted not polite when he answered the phone. Secondly, he emailed me the summary of the cleaning service for what they will cover, which included the exterior and interior windows. When the ladies showed up, he called me said "not including exterior windows....also need additional charges for small porch and front door area". Thirdly, when the cleaning ladies were late for 25 minutes, I called Esteban. He even didn't say sorry instead shouted at me saying 8:00 AM is the only option he has for my service.... blah blah". I reached out to cleaning services for a commercial cleaning job where the new store we moved into needed to have years and years of dust, workshop grime and carpet stains removed in order for us to manage and run the shop for the next couple of months during our soft opening. Esteban reached out to me immediately and was the most proactive in visiting the site to give me/us a proper estimate. My wife met Esteban and was immediately drawn to his good nature, punctuality and thoroughness. We ended up hiring Goyas and the crew to clean up our store on the Sunday after the visit, and once they showed up, Esteban immediately sprung into action, directing hisncrew on what needed to be done, and which areas needed extra love and attention. My wife and I were able to leave the shop in their capable hands and showed up when the job was done. (It's good knowing that you don't need to be onsite to micromanage a cleaning crew). I used Esteban's service for the first (and never again!) time today. I am very upset about the experience. I had gone to the bank yesterday evening to get $40 for my bridge tolls for commuting this upcoming week. I went straight home after the bank and, after the cleaning team left today, I discovered that there was just $20 in my wallet (which was in my purse in the living room). I can't believe that they stole from me. Also, they were careless. They threw away my toothpaste which I was still using. They also cleaned things like the medicine cabinet in the bathroom and left the items in total disarray. It took me 10 minutes to put it all back together. They didn't empty the garbage, either. I would think that would be a basic part of the service. It's unfortunate that I have to be the only negative review they've received so far, but that's the way it is, I guess. Decided to give this a try despite negative reviews and was not disappointed! It's difficult to find cleaners that can do interior and exterior, but Goya did all of that for my 3-story (!!) townhouse, including polishing the sky windows. It was admittedly a little difficult to communicate with Esteban and his team since I didn't speak a lick of Spanish, but he was so helpful in pointing out little things here and there (e.g. that the grout in my bathroom needs urgent fixing, and that silicone will not cut it). They were at my house from 10AM to 4PM, and when I went to review their work, Israel was there as well, and he was an absolute treasure. He gave me pointers about the condition of my gutters, and when we pointed out spots in our house that weren't as clean as we had hoped, he went back and fixed those things himself. We went back-and-forth 3 times and he was super accommodating. In the end, they didn't charge for cleaning our sky windows since there were old stains that they couldn't polish off.
