Not only did they get rid of the water stains, the scuff marks and our cat's furball stains, but they completely brought back the golden luster of our floors. It was like magic. MAGIC! Plus, the crew cleaned all our baseboards, and Marc also made a point to have the guys clean and polish the floors under our furniture. And the price was very reasonable! (significantly less than a quote we got from a floor guy) When we decided to redo our floors, I didn't really know how much to expect because our floors weren't in the best condition. They did arrive on the rescheduled day about 15 minutes late. The cleaners themselves were excellent--two thumbs up. Anna and Janeina (I believe those were their names) were professional, polite, and worked hard. With about six hours to clean an entire house, I feel they did their best. A few areas could have been more thorough, and I do wish a motorized cleaning brush/tool had been used for deeper cleaning in the bathrooms and kitchen, as I've heard other services do. Still, overall, the cleaning was solid. During a quick walkthrough after they left, I noticed one of my stove lights was broken/missing. I'm certain it was working prior to their visit, as I use it daily. I contacted Jany immediately, and she said the cleaners were unaware of it but had no problem covering the repair. I found the replacement part online ($37.50) and sent her the link. Since then, I've sent several follow-up messages regarding the replacement but have received no response. I can see my messages were read, yet Jany has gone completely silent, which is especially frustrating given that she initially acknowledged the issue. After finding her Yelp page, I realized I was not alone--other reviewers have mentioned similar issues with follow-through and communication when problems arise. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this before booking. I based my decision solely on a friend's recommendation and Jany's Instagram page, which is filled with glowing reviews only because it's controlled by Jany herself. Because this was my first time trusting a house cleaning service, this experience felt especially disappointing and left me feeling let down.
