The overall atmosphere makes working out feel motivating instead of intimidating. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and really focused on proper form. The workouts are challenging but approachable, and you always leave feeling stronger and energized. Even though the classes are group-based, the instructors make it easy to modify movements if needed, which makes the classes accessible for different fitness levels. I also love how intentional the workouts feel, they're effective without feeling overwhelming. It's truly a studio that makes you look forward to your workouts. The only thing I would change is the cancellation period - 12 hours is a long time for things to come up. I recommend Melt any chance I get and would absolutely encourage anyone looking for a supportive and effective workout to check it out.

It moves at a rather fast pace, so I wouldn't recommend for beginners. It was packed in there too, get there early to claim a spot. The location is kind of hidden around the corner, but there's plenty of parking! I did take off a star because the music was way too loud during the class. The instructor didn't wear a mic and it was impossible to hear her even though I was in the front row. I had to rely on watching others to figure out what we were supposed to do.

If i had to classify this experience, it's for independent yoga students that have prior experience and prefer a class that's more of a "headphones in and silent study" type of vibe. This particular studio I would say focuses on the aesthetics above all. So the rooms are nice, the bathrooms are clean, the welcome space is inviting, and the instructors are what you would expect. Good yoga studio, just not my cup of tea. I prefer a different yoga experience.

I went to the flow class, which was great for beginners or just to get a good stretch and still sweat/ get a slight workout. The Studio was warm, but not hot. The temperature was nice for the class. I had Ali as instructor and I thought she did a nice job with explaining poses and taking us through the flow from pose to pose. I am glad i have a studio so close to my house!

There are many styles to choose from including heated and non-heated classes, power yoga to meditation.
