I went to the flow class, which was great for beginners or just to get a good stretch and still sweat/ get a slight workout. The Studio was warm, but not hot. The temperature was nice for the class. I had Ali as instructor and I thought she did a nice job with explaining poses and taking us through the flow from pose to pose. I am glad i have a studio so close to my house!

The Yoga 6 hot class is a predictable flow that is challenging but very doable. The studio is staffed by friend staff and teachers, feels very modern but still welcoming. I've been doing yoga for years and been to a lot of studios. I really enjoy what Dublin Yoga 6 has going on.

One of my favorite things is that they greet me by name when I walk in--it truly feels like a place where people care about their members. The variety of classes is fantastic, and I love that they're continuing to expand their offerings with barre and now Pilates in addition to yoga. There's truly something for everyone, whether you're looking for a challenging workout or a more restorative practice. Most importantly, this is one of the few workouts I genuinely look forward to. I leave every class feeling better than when I arrived, and I'm so grateful to have found such a welcoming and encouraging community.

So, my birthday month ended today, and I hung out with some friends at a salt cave in Park Place…read more It was so relaxing, and then we checked out everything else they had. After that, a bunch of us went to Atlas Tavern for lunch - I got the apple butter chicken sandwich (it was $15.75!). On my way home, I stopped by PLEIJ Salon + Spa and talked to Matt - he says they're the best in Columbus! Then I saw my dad before heading home to chill.

I…read moreliked that they gave everyone noise canceling headphones because some people were snoring during our session. FYI: Don't be that person that goes to sleep and snore! The owners were nice and informative about the benefits of the salt cave. I personally didn't experience any changes that I could notice but one person in my group expressed that she could feel her sinuses draining so if you have bad congestion then this place is definitely for you. I will try this place again when we get closer to seasonal allergy season because I have bad seasonal allergies.
