Making appointments is fairly easy and parking is great and honestly they are all pretty nice. The problem is most of them that work there need more training. There have been times where my kids hair looked great and times it didn't look so great. But the last time we went the dude jacked up my son's hair. He gave him 2 bald spots. I have never seen a cut like this in my life. It looked fine when leaving because the gentleman put gel and moved his hair around to try to cover the bald spots. Also, it took almost a hour for the cut which is pretty long for it looking the way it did. My son came home today and told me kids at school keep making fun of his hair and kids on his soccer team asked him if he was balding. That's embarrassing. I called the shop today(mind you we were there on 2/23/24) to let them know how upset I was and told them I didn't call right away since my son was out of the state playing soccer on the weekend and came home and was sick Monday and Tuesday. The owner(don't know his name) offered to have my son come back and cut his hair which is nice and all. I just don't have the time to drive there to have him fix a problem that really shouldn't have been a problem in the first place. On a side note I asked the owner what the guys name is who cut my son's hair and honestly asked him so in the future when we went back, I would make sure to not get him. The owner pretended like he didn't know who the haircut was done by. He knows very well who cut my kids hair. So after that Convo I have decided I won't ever be going back.
