The day came and went. we received no phone call, explaining the delay. My husband drove to the facility because the phone lines were busy. They finally did come two day later and said they would come the next day to vacuum. Again, same scenario, no phone call and no service. this is no way to run a business.

This company installed a vinyl liner in my inground pool in the fall before I closed the pool…read more After I opened the pool, the liner started separating from underneath the coping. I've made multiple phone calls, having to leave voicemails, and sent texts to try to get someone out here to fix this under the warranty that comes with this installation. I have yet to get a response from anyone in two months. This problem is only going to get worse over time, but I'd like to be able to use my pool. The response rate and customer service of this company is abysmal.
