The day came and went. we received no phone call, explaining the delay. My husband drove to the facility because the phone lines were busy. They finally did come two day later and said they would come the next day to vacuum. Again, same scenario, no phone call and no service. this is no way to run a business.

I've made multiple phone calls, having to leave voicemails, and sent texts to try to get someone out here to fix this under the warranty that comes with this installation. I have yet to get a response from anyone in two months. This problem is only going to get worse over time, but I'd like to be able to use my pool. The response rate and customer service of this company is abysmal.

I was scheduled for sometime after 3 PM on Friday, April 17, but when their staff was walking into my backyard at 8:30 am, I got a text message from the scheduler who said she needed to move me to first thing in the morning. I told the lead guy that this was not scheduled for the morning and he told me to "F*** off!" They left my pool partially opened and then called me a "dumb tw*t", an A**hole, a c*nt, and a host of other derogatory words for female genitalia and women in general. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on the outrageous behavior of their employee and the lack of any professional behavior. Absolutely disgusting.
