This pool company was quick to respond when we initially contacted them to open our pool. We had…read morejust purchased our home and when they arrived, we discovered the electricity to the pool pump had a short. We paid for the opening, with the understanding that once the electrical issue was resolved, they would return and complete the job. 2 voicemails and 3 texts later and they did not respond, regarding scheduling the completion of a job already paid for. The owner came out after receiving an email from their website and finished opening the pool and showed me, he was not getting my prior communications.

We contact RBT pools because we had a leak and didn't know if it was the liner or the lines. Well…read morethey did a pressure check and said that our 2 returns and our skimmer line were leaking. Upon receiving the $1800 quote we decided to wait till next season to deal with the issue. Well when I went out to close the pool and blow out my lines they had cut my hard pvc lines and never bothered to repair them. Now I'm being jerked around for them to come repair the lines. Terrible communication. I would not use this company if I were you.
