I told the owner (Emery) that I needed to have the pool maintenance before my son leaves to serve our country. Me and my spouse had no idea where to start or finish. Emery came in diagnosed the problem, didn't beat me over the head with pricing and stuck to his word. I would recommend this company to any and everyone and I am going to be a life customer. Thank you Emery for helping me make my son dream come true!!!!!!

They're skilled, professional, honest, fairly priced, and take genuine pride in their work. What impressed me most is the level of care and attention they give -- treating my property as if it were their own and making me feel valued throughout the process. Emery is incredibly responsive, efficient, and often on-site with his team to ensure everything is done properly and to a high standard. He even installed a new pool heater for me, and it's been working great. For the past three years, my pool has been opened, cleaned, and chemically balanced right on schedule -- never missing a beat. Thanks to EJ Pool and Spas, we're already enjoying the start of summer. Highly recommend -- 10/10!

The problem started when we had our pool sand changed in 2020 by pool city. There was a problem with the water being cloudy. They told me to wait until the lines clear itself out. Now fast forward a year later. We called the service manager to schedule an appointment to change to salt water. The guys never showed up until the next week at 6pm. They did a horrible job the plumbing was hanging off the filter. I called " the service manager" who does not call anyone back. The owner came out and had it fixed but the water was still cloudy. Called Again and again no call back I finally drove to the store and spoke to the owner he tried to give me all these reasons it could be cloudy. I also told him how upset his service manager does not call back, his response was he told her not to call any new or emergency clients which I was neither of those. He then said he would come out in two days. Never called or showed up! Very upsetting that customers get treated like this. I am not a person who gives bad reviews but when you pay $$ you expect good service.

I have basically begged for them to come and fix some liner issues, they fixed one area, will not answer my emails. They destroyed my pavers. Only gave us an orientation and maintenance kit after repeatedly emailing requesting such. Now they will not close our pool, they are basically holding our pool cover and closing hostage over $125 dollars, when I have email proof it was paid in full months ago!!! they sent a new bill that states new contract with a balance due of $125. I have contacted an attorney over this company. Do not use them!!! I have proof of everything and I guess will be settling this with the courts, as my pool is still opened.

Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. We are very happy!

I met with them during the opening and trusted their professional recommendations. Once I was no longer there supervising, however, it became one additional charge after another. They identified plumbing issues and recommended that I pay to have the plumbing redone. I followed their recommendation and paid the additional cost. Yet the leaks that were part of the reason for addressing the plumbing still weren't resolved, and I was then faced with attempts to charge me even more. I have no problem paying for legitimate repairs that are clearly outside a maintenance contract. My problem is paying $3,098 for complete seasonal maintenance, approving additional work they recommended, and still repeatedly being presented with more charges while the underlying issues remain. For anyone considering them, my advice is simple: get every detail in writing and question every additional charge before approving anything. They got me this season. Never again. Stay away.
