The problem started when we had our pool sand changed in 2020 by pool city. There was a problem with the water being cloudy. They told me to wait until the lines clear itself out. Now fast forward a year later. We called the service manager to schedule an appointment to change to salt water. The guys never showed up until the next week at 6pm. They did a horrible job the plumbing was hanging off the filter. I called " the service manager" who does not call anyone back.The owner came out and had it fixed but the water was still cloudy. Called Again and again no call back I finally drove to the store and spoke to the owner he tried to give me all these reasons it could be cloudy. I also told him how upset his service manager does not call back, his response was he told her not to call any new or emergency clients which I was neither of those.He then said he would come out in two days. Never called or showed up! Very upsetting that customers get treated like this. I am not a person who gives bad reviews but when you pay $$ you expect good service.

Only gave us an orientation and maintenance kit after repeatedly emailing requesting such. Now they will not close our pool, they are basically holding our pool cover and closing hostage over $125 dollars, when I have email proof it was paid in full months ago!!! they sent a new bill that states new contract with a balance due of $125. I have contacted an attorney over this company. Do not use them!!! I have proof of everything and I guess will be settling this with the courts, as my pool is still opened.

Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers.
