My contractor used GR Glass as sub-contractors to install my shower glass doors. I have three bathrooms and one bathroom, we ran out of tile and had to wait over a year for the tiles to come in from Italy via ocean. I finally got the tiles in this month and we called GR to schedule the shower glass door install that I had paid in full over a year ago. However, GR glass said the shower glass door was disposed of since they will only store the glass for up to 2 months. However, this policy was never stated anywhere in their paperwork or invoice, nor did they inform my contractor of this policy verbally at the time of order placement, especially since we told them that one of the bathroom wasn't ready and we were waiting for tile to come in without an ETA. They informed us that it would be okay and they will hold on to it for us without any issues. Also, prior to disposing of the shower glass door, they also never called my contractor to give notice or anything in writing in advance to inform us that the glass was going to be disposed of. I've asked them for paperwork that explicitly states this policy and I've yet to receive any response from them. My contractor also tried to talk to the owner, Gustavo Rivera, to request a refund for the installation only since they didn't actually install the shower glass door and they also refused. So, if you don't want to get ripped off or work with unreasonable and uncooperative people and company, don't use GR Glass for anything. They are not trustworthy and do not care about their clients or vendor relationships. I'll be filing suit against them since they have not provided any evidence that explicitly states this so call 2 month storage policy that they have nor have they been willing to cooperate or settle the issue by just refunding the installation cost, which they have not done and not subject to a storage policy. I will also report their unfair business practices and ethics to the BBB. DO NOT USE GR GLASS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED! read more

I contacted GR Glass October 2020. At first, I was impressed with Karen. She seemed really on top of it. I was about to do business with them. She said they were licensed and bonded, but then I checked. The license board says they are not. License # 1010467 expired January 2020. They have had plenty of time to fix it, and it's 10 months later! read more
