Just to start out, these guys are great. I know there a lot of companies that are too proud of their company and it shows in their prices they charge you. I have gotten several items from grabagun and have to say I have never had a issue with these guys and they prices reflect how they want to try and prices down as much possible and still have good services on huge variety of great products. If I had any question about a product I would call and they have ALWAYS helped me through any questions and/or concerns I had. I have gotten couple different pistols and couple of different magazines from them all at different times. Even referred a few people to them. The guys I have dealt with on all occasions have been great. I have read a lot of reviews and based on my own experience with these guys, as long as you are reasonable and work with them they will work with you as much as possible. I do highly recommend GrabaGun, but if you have any reservations about anything you should call them and clarify the information before 'assuming' anything as things do and will change over time. This goes for any company and any product. Posting a review because 'you thought' they should or could or would do something, or carry products locally at that location, falls on YOU as the consumer to ask for information. Not the business's. It is YOUR job as the consumer to get the information about the businesses processes/policies so that you are well informed about the DO's and DONT's so you can make the appropriate decision per your needs. Example: One of the magazines I purchased was stated In Stock in the online store. Due to the nature of GaG having multiple storage facilities, they had to transfer/ship from one location to another for a local pickup. I wasn't aware they had multiple facilities. Which was fine, except I wasn't aware of that info and sort of 'expected' it to ready within a day'ish for pickup. After calling a few days later wondering where my product was at, I was then informed that it was taking longer due to the inter-facility transfer. Again, this falls on me to have asked before I bought it ensure it was at that location or not. I was fine with the duration once I knew why. But that just goes to show you that YOU as the consumer should always do your own homework on things. I placed my first order from Grabagun via their website on 06/27/17. The order shipped out on 06/30/17 but the first attempt at delivery wasn't made until 07/06/17. So like many of the other reviewers have stated I was VERY satisfied with the items I ordered and their pricing but shipping could be improved. 1. Shipping costs were $48.91 on a box that weigh 6.30 lbs. Maybe their trying to make money off shipping since the merchandise pricing is very competitive however people should pay the ACTUAL cost of shipping. If they can ship a firearm for $7.99 then other merchandise shipping should be reasonable. 2. The box the items were shipped wasn't a single box - it was half a box slid within another half box then taped at the joint. Everything got here but I've never seen any other store ship stuff like this. 3. Shipping was slow. Granted the July 4th holiday was in between when they shipped and when I got the package but it shouldn't take a week to get from TX to WV. But maybe I'm not being fair. I received notification it was shipped on 06/30 which was a Friday which means UPS probably actually didn't have it until 07/03 then the first attempt was made on 07/06. 4. My order was over $200 so they required a signature. Neither my wife or I were home so I had to wait another day to get the items. Due to Grabagun's shipping instructions, I couldn't even go pick it up at the UPS center that night because it HAD to be delivered. I understand wanting to protect yourself and have proof of delivery but some people have jobs and can't be home just to receive a package. At least release the restrictions and allow the package to be picked up. Overall I'm satisfied with my first experience ordering from Grabagun.com and would probably reorder from them again as long as I wasn't in a rush to get what I was ordering and I would still save money from ordering through them even with the high shipping costs as compared to MidwayUSA, Cabelas, etc. read more

I was a bit nervous buying from this vendor... but it worked out exceptionally well. The Taurus 44SS8 was out of stock every where I was watching (while waiting for my permit). Grabagun was the only online vendor I could find that had it in stock and they had only one. It was Good Friday when I decided to purchase, despite the lack of a permit that was coming "any day now". I tried twice to call them to verify it was in stock and quite frankly, to see if they were legit. I was concerned that although my call was picked up by the automatic system, I ended up on hold for over 15 minutes each time before I hung up... I'm not sure if it was the holiday or a phone system problem that kept looping back to the main recorded message. Despite the nervousness, I went ahead and ordered on the website. Unfortunately (only in my specific case!) the only shipping options were store pick up or UPS. I was hoping to pick the slowest shipping option to give time for my permit to come in, but the UPS option turned out to be UPS 2-Day! Not only that, but my order was shipped within a couple of hours and I received a tracking number quickly. Luckily for me, my FFL was on vacation so the gun was held by UPS until he got home, on the same day my permit arrived. I picked it up that night and was very pleased. I had heard that the Taurus comes in a cardboard box, and sure enough I received it in the original box with a UPS label stuck on it. Despite my trepidation due to the phone issue, I was very happy with the smoothness of the transaction and speed of delivery. In addition, I went back to the website that night and noticed that the gun was now listed as "out of stock" which made me feel confident that the website is accurate and up to date. I will definitely be shopping here again for my next purchase; their price was lower that Bud's Guns, where I usually turn to first. read more

Customer service is something this company needs to learn about. That is why I am taking the time to share with anyone who understands that if you don't take care of customers, you will not see those customers spend money with your business again. I made a purchase from an advertisement on the Grab a Gun site. There was a picture of the gun. On the same page the note says that it is the customers responsibility to ensure the picture matches the model you want. This should be a sign that the company doesn't care about their customers enough to take the time to publish good accurate information for them. The next sign of a company that only wants your money is the no return policy. They will ship you a gun and do it quickly, but it may not be the one you see on the purchase page. The next problem is trying to contact customer service. Wait times can easily take 45 min. Next customer service will tell you that the manufacturer posts the photo's and give you that number and tell you to call them and they will fix your problem. I did do that just to find out that Grab a Gun is not an authorized dealer. The next call to Gag customer service representative advises that yes we agree the picture in the advertisement was wrong and the manager authorizes a $15 credit for that. I asked to speak directly to the manager and was told he will call me back within the hour. 2.5 hours later no call back. Call 3 to customer service and one more assurance that the manager will return my call by the end of the day. Next day and another call to speak to the manager came with a promise that he has my contact info and will get back to me by end of day. No call ever came. Do yourself a favor and don't subject yourself to the aggravation to maybe save a couple of bucks and maybe get the gun you were shown. Another option is to buy from a reputable company to begin with. read more

The good: They have great selections - however, as a regular customer - one must understand that they are a small brick and mortar, with a LARGE online presence - They only carry a small fraction of the online goods in the store. You go to their web page, buy what you want, and wait to pick it up when they call. They are VERY BUSY from about 11 to 1 every day with people picking up orders. If you call during this time, expect no response. Call early or call late. The bad: The trade off for low prices is not having a giant store full of people ready to serve your every need. They are not here for "The shopper", or "The looker". They make their money with people who know firearms, know what they want - and order it. Not to say they are not nice - they always answer my questions - they are just not centered around pure "customer service" with sales guys running around like flies. Also, they price match some items - not others. Again, they do not keep a large inventory. They buy at market prices that fluctuate daily from the large suppliers (Davidsons, etc.). I wanted a Henry H009WL. One day it was about $850 on their web page. Two weeks later - over $1000. Then back to around $950 a week later. If you want "steady state" - buy from Cabelas or Bass Pro that mark their goods up at least 30% and then "float" the daily price changes so that A) it looks like they don't change pricing and B) they make a good profit ALL THE TIME. I challenge you to find a firearm cheaper at Cabelas, Bass Pro, Dicks, Etc. when compared to GrabAGun. Last - if you need an FFL transfer - which I have - These guys charge a low flat rate. Most other stores charge high transfer rates to "encourage" you to buy from them...GrabAGun does not care -they just offer the service at a reasonable rate. I see a lot of positive reviews here for GrabAGun, and mixed reviews on Google. I'm not sure why there's a disparity, but I suspect some gun stores do well with online orders, and some do better with in-store transactions. I can only relate my one experience ordering *ONLINE* from GrabAGun. I recently ordered a pistol from another online gun store (not GrabAGun) and waited over a month for my item to ship. When I called to see what was going on, I got nothing but excuses, delay, and abuse. Finally I cancelled my order with them and ordered from GrabAGun. Before ordering, I searched prices locally and online, and couldn't find anyone with a lower price than GrabAGun. GrabAGun's website was the easiest I've used in buying a firearm online, and I have used several. For the first time when buying online, I didn't have to manually enter my local FFL contact information. Their site had a list of local FFL license holders, and I just clicked to select mine. Nice. At any rate, my order was placed on a Wednesday at 10 am, and I paid $5.99 for the cheapest shipping option. I expected to receive the gun the following week, if GaG was really on the ball. To my surprise, I got a shipping notification less than 40 minutes after I ordered, and my order shipped out the same day, using UPS 2-day. The next morning, I tracked the package and UPS had the pistol on the truck for delivery. I had my new pistol in hand Thursday at 4pm - 30 hours after I ordered it. You have to be doing a lot of things right to get an order out that fast. I've bought several firearms from various dealers online, but I received a level of service from GrabAGun that I probably wouldn't believe had I not experienced it myself. 5/24/15 Paul S. I was nervous about buying a gun on line, sight unseen. However, the reviews seemed to be favorable. Before I ordered I called the main number and was quickly connected to Matt. Matt answered my questions completely and was very personable and reassured me that the Ruger LCP Custom would come right out of their building, new, in the manufacturers box, with the magazine, etc. Grabagun's price was far better than anyone local, and better than other online vendors. It was so good it almost scared me that it was to good to be true. Shipping at $5.99 with no taxes seemed great. I went ahead and ordered at 4:24PM Cincinnati time. About 5 minutes later I received an email with the order confirmation number AND the UPS tracking number. The gun was picked, labeled and shipped in less than 10 minutes. The next morning I got UPS confirmation of delivery to my FFL at 11:08AM. Texas to Ohio overnight!! My FFL called me, I went there and the box was in perfect condition, perfectly packaged with all papers, gun wrapped in plastic bag, absolutely brand new, perfect condition. I was so unbelievably impressed with their price & speed. How they picked, packed, shipped and delivered the gun from Texas to Ohio between 4:30pm and 11:00am the next day just blew me away. I will be ordering a spare mag, pocket holster and other accessories very soon and will order them thru Grabagun. If you have any doubts just call, talk to them, ask questions like I did, but I am a true believer now and will continue to use them unless they do something to change my mind. I had made a couple orders for small items (magazines) from Grabagun before and they were delivered quickly and at a good price. Having never bought a firearm online, I decided to give it a go because of the great price Grabagun had on the gun I wanted. Their website was very informative on the process of a gun purchase. At checkout I did not choose a FFL dealer to receive the gun and do the transfer as I was undecided and wanted to shop around. On the same day, I placed another order for the gun my brother wanted. We decided to use the dealer close to my home for convience and their FFL was already on file with Grabagun. I called Grabagun several days after placing the orders to where to ship the guns. The person I spoke with was very courteous and informative. The items were shipped out within 2 days and were received by the dealer 4-5 days later. The guns were in excellent new condition(however, my brother said his had a few scratches on the lower receiver, but thinks that the guy doing the transfer did them as he was a little rough in trying to remove it from the box and almost dropped it). We were very satisfied with Grabagun on our purchases. A few weeks after, I ordered another gun and used the same FFL dealer during checkout. That gun was shipped the next day and was at the dealer in the same 4-5 days in the same condition as previously. Since purchasing these guns, I have searched the internet and have not found a lower price on the ones we bought. When you add in their shipping cost and credit card fees, Grabagun prices were considerably lower. Grabagun may not have the lowest price on everything they sell. No one does. Let me start with a short script about another supplier. I made a purchase online from a supplier that I have never used before. They had a product that I needed and it was at a fair price so I started an acct. and made the purchase. I would periodically sign in to check the acct. After checking a half a dozen times over a period of 2 weeks, the status of my order was still listed as "pending fulfillment". At this point, I was again shopping online and discovered a product at Grabagun that I decided to purchase. This was my third purchase from them so I already had an acct. I signed in , made my selection and hit proceed to checkout. Everything went very smoothly. This was sometime before noon that day. I logged in to my email acct. later that afternoon and found an email from Grabagun confirming the order and in the email was a tracking number for the purchase already. By that same evening I received another email confirming that my purchase was on it's way. Two days later my purchase was delivered to my local gun dealer! WOW! I can't list any complaints about Grabagun because I don't have any! Like I said previously, this is my third purchase from them and so far no complaints. As a matter of fact with each subsequent purchase the experience has gotten better. I must admit , in the instant gratification culture we live in today, we in America have gotten pretty spoiled. I first came upon GrabAGun as a place to go to for reasonably priced firearms upon a search of the internet, and found there pricing very competitive with other such online Gun & Sporting Goods providers, and in some instances hundreds of dollars less. At that point I actually became suspicious of the information provided online and began to read some of the customer reviews provided by GrabAGun, as well as those offered on YouTube etc. I found most were positive, although some not so much. Not personally knowing of anyone who had purchased from GrabAGun, I decided to give them a try as I previously mentioned not only there pricing, but cost to ship made it all very tempting. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service provided. I placed my order by phone as opposed to there online catalog service, and found the representative more than helpful. Although the time line posted for shipping was 3-5 business days, the item, (Rifle) actually shipped the following day. I suppose I timed the order just right. Once the shipment was received by the designated FFL dealer, I was then notified by GrabAGun of the updated shipping status, by which I thought added a nice touch to the overall transaction. In summary, and in light of my personal experiences with them, I must admit, I would definitely look to purchase from them in the future. I bought a rifle from Grabagun.com and I have to confess I was a little reluctant at first because the price was so competitive it seemed unreal. It was only after doing quite a bit of research mostly from other customer reviews that I took the plunge and bought the gun. I have to say, I'm very glad I did. Not only were these guys the best value, but the order shipped faster than anything I've seen in the industry. I was wondering how they manage to make money with such good pricing and now I get it. It's probably very satisfied repeat customers like myself that are probably bringing them the volumes. The item was exactly as described, about $100 less than retail at the store "on sale", it shipped the same day I placed the order and customer service was courteous and effective. The other advantage with them is their FFL selection feature when ordering, which allows you to select from a huge list of local FFL and that's it. No need to be calling or faxing and tinkering with the process. The will take care of communicating with the local guy. If your preferred FFL is on their list then BAM! it's done. The only complaint I have is the time it takes for them to answer the phone and they will, but sometimes it requires you to wait a good 15-20 min in line to get your turn to speak with them. I all fairness though it's just more of an inconvenience than a problem. I can't say enough to recommend Grabagun.com and I sure will be looking at them first before anyone. read more

While I have made non-firearm purchases for GrabAGun in the past, I recently saw a great target rifle at the best price I had ever seen after requesting a quote. Not having made many Internet firearm purchases, I wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered the rifle late on a Thursday night, got an email on Friday indicating that all was in order and ready to ship followed by a shipping notification and the rifle arrived in less than a week on a Wednesday with a modest shipping fee less than $10! Was able to shoot in on Thursday!!! If you are on the fence about purchasing from GrabAGun, I would encourage you to give them a try. You will get a lot of good and useful communications about the status of your order, a tracking number, a delivery notification and a great price. It was far less expensive to pay the shipping and the FFL transfer fee than it was to get my local gun store to order the rifle I wanted and then to purchase locally and pay sales tax. Lastly, I'd say to anyone who has never made an Internet firearm purchase, it is a lot easier than you might imagine. It is very low effort for the local gun store as all they need to do is email or fax their FFL license, which, I discovered, they do all the time. In summary, GrabAGun did everything you might hope a great on-line retailer would do not only from a communication of status but also getting the firearm into your hands quickly. I've been looking for a Cimarron Thunderer or Thunderball for the last few months, and none of the local stores could get one through their distributor. So I started looking at places like Bud's and Gun Broker, unfortunately, they either had the guns at near reatil, or didn't have the exact model I'd been looking for. That all changed when I came across Slick guns, which is a search engine that finds what you're looking for and comapres prices froma variety of vendors. Grabagun had both the Thunderer and the the Thunderball at the best prices, with the Thuderball price more than $100 off the retail. SO I bought it. That was on a Saturday, on Monday they sent me an e-mail that the gun was shipped, and Thursday the gun was in the hands of the local FFL. So this was my first purchase from Grabagun, but it certaily won't be my last. Their prices are the best I've seen to date, they gave a very good selection, ship sup[er fast (and for only $6.00). I had previously purchased ammo and accessories on line, but not a gun, and this experience with Grabagun was very pleasant experince. Simple, no-nonsense transactions, no hidden charges, just a good, straight up deal. The gun is still with the FFL (California 10 day waiting period), but at least I did get to fondle it for a short time, and I can tell you it looked great. First time using Grabagun. Ordered rifle and had local gun shop send FFL. Within 2 hours Grabagun sent me an e-mail that FFL had been received and my gun would ship out that day. Sent me another e-mail with tracking number when the gun shipped which was that same day. Using the tracking number I followed the shippment right up to delievery to my gun shop. Once the shop had checked the gun in they called me. Total shipping time, 3 days. Love the "no credit card fee" and the shipping price right up front were you can see it. Wish other businesses would do this. I hate having one price listed but fine print says that "This price only good with cash - On the fourth Tuesday of the month - And only when the moon is full, otherwise the price is something higher than the one we put in the add in big letters, and you have to do the math to know what it is, and after you place the order, then and only then will we tell you how much we are going to charge you for shipping +handling+the cost of packing materials + donuts for the guys in the shipping dept." Read the other "bad" reviews and came to the conclusion that those people nit-pick and complain over thing that Grabagun cannot control, like the package that was forced open during shipping and holster scuffed up. But he is going to keep it because it works, yet he gives Grabagun only 2 stars? You just can't please some people. read more

Great prices; HOWEVER, management (Mathias via email) refused to sell to a retired Navy veteran attending college in Texas despite several ATF rulings which determined college students are residents of the state where they attend college. Two of these rulings are linked below. I offered my US Passport, retired military ID card, TCU student ID card, apartment lease, and home state driver's license--all to no avail. It is understandable they would refuse to sell if doing so was illegal and I would not leave a review; however, these rulings and telephone conversations with three different ATF agents all indicated it would be legal for me to purchase a gun in Texas. Furthermore, the firearm transfer form, ATF Form 4473, question 20, page 5 specifically states: "For example, if a U.S. citizen has two States of residence and is trying to buy a handgun in State X, he may provide a driver's license (showing his name, date of birth, and photograph) issued by State Y and documents from State X showing his residence address." It seems like you discriminate against american citizins living in amarica. You rather supply foreign countries that claim American tax dollars and never help the american ppl? I am writing to address a matter regarding an email advertisement I received on 03/14/2025, which promoted a specific sales price for an item. Despite my attempts to proceed with the sale, GrabAGun has refused to honor the advertised price. Initially, I was informed that the item was out of stock, yet I was offered the same item at a significantly higher cost. Following this, it was suggested that the advertised sale might have been an error. Throughout this process, my sole request has been for GrabAGun to honor the sales price detailed in the advertisement. To reach an amicable resolution, I have even proposed a settlement offer. Unfortunately, I have received responses that either lack clear explanations or have been met with silence altogether. This lack of resolution is deeply disappointing and frustrating. I have escalated this matter through various avenues, including the Better Business Bureau, reviews on platforms like Google and Yelp, and complaints submitted to multiple federal agencies. If this issue is not promptly addressed and resolved fairly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to civil action within my local jurisdiction. However, I strongly hope that such measures will not be necessary. I urge GrabAGun to reconsider its position and honor the advertised sales price as a gesture of good faith. Needed some extra magazines, and Grabagun always seems to have them in stock unlike others, and at a fair price and lightening fast, fair shipping. Ordered on Dec 20th. Fed-Ex dropped them off Sat. the 26th, despite a blizzard and the Covid mess that stopped them from showing up on the 24th. Frankly not surprised, I have had the same stellar service every time from these folks, including on firearms. One of my few "go to" stores on the internet. Now if only .303 British would show up on sale again :))) I chalk a lot of the negative reviews lately off to "newbies", who don't seem to know what is going on in the real world right now...Nobody's twisting your arm to make a purchase at "high" prices right now, or the whiners who order the wrong thing, how is that the retailers fault? And this website is stupid simple to use compared to a lot of others, it works well. I took advantage a few years back of the Olympia Arms AR trade-ins they got in, spot on to the condition described, unlike another internet company that offers "hand select" or other "upgrades", to make you think your getting a better grade.
