However, Costco provides you with a gift card if you're using this service and Geordi let me know all about the value in that. I have blackout blinds in my bedroom - and they really do the job. However, they are cordless, and the return mechanisms were not working. The blinds have a lifetime warranty, and after an inspection visit, they were replaced - no questions asked. I gave a 4 out of 5-star rating because, despite the warranty, there is a $195 charge to validate my claim. Other than that, dealing with the Graber dealer was very pleasant. read more

Our blind turned out wonderfully!! This was our third blind installed by Sun Blinds through Costco. Nathan, our installer, was wonderful. He remembered some things we had asked about during his consultation and addressed them fully to our satisfaction. Of importance, we recently had a newly installed outdoor kitchen and wanted to ensure no issues with damaging the integrity of the frame when installing the anchors. We consulted with our kitchen contractor and he, as did Nathan, recommended going through the joint spaces, which Nathan did, thereby maintaining the integrity of the outdoor structure. Very helpful staff. Expected more in the way of display of their various window blinds products in their Roseville showroom. Very minimal showroom. BUT: I contacted these folks as they are the contractor for Costco where I picked up a brochure. After getting bids from several other places through Yelp I find that Graber Design was the highest priced dealer. Sure they offered discounts and rebates that brought the price down but who wants to deal with all that especially since the bottom line quote was still higher. I compared their quote to others and had one business tell me it appeared that Graber Design was charging an amount above the MSRP which would allow for their discounts and rebates. I chose a different business and saved money. Not at all what I expected from a Costco affiliated business. read more

This company is outstanding. Mike and Nathan were our installers and were a joy to work with. They came out 4 times because we kept adding to our order. They are punctual, polite, and called us to say they were on their way Every time. We never had to wonder if or when they would show up. They programmed the remotes, explained the use, cleaned up what little mess they may have made, which I never even saw. We ended up with 16 blinds. In addition to the insulation factor, which is why we wanted them, since we can see through them I just leave them down all day, and with the windows open for air they will also reduce the rice field dust that coats everything in our house and drives me insane. On the 100°+ days I shut the windows, lower the blinds, and lower the inside blinds. The a/c does not have to work so hard. We found the company by way of Costco and, at the time we started the process, Costco gave us a pretty sweet deal on Shop Card discounts. I would do this whole process all over again and would recommend them to anyone concerned with summer heat levels in The Valley. Ten Star. read more

We are a 2 timer customer. We reached out through costco who put us through sunblinds. Khalid is by far the most helpful consultant and service expert we've ever worked with. From the moment he received our request, he met us and discussed what we were looking for. We had 21 windows to design but he was very patient through out the entire process! We decided to settle on shades for one part of the house given our budget at that time, but everything went as smooth as can be. The mmeasurements, shipping and installation all were on time and even met deadlines earlier than expected. We were so happy with our shades that we decided to go back a 2nd time for shutters! Khalid was there once again and did an amazing job. Installation for shutters went well though there was a slight measurement error on our windows trim that led the shutters to initially look misaligned, but Khalid was very nice and quick to handle our issue. Within a week an inspector quickly came out and came up with a great solution that solves our esthetic problems in under an hour! We highly recommend this group for our window treatments. We even recommended Khalid to our friends :) one thing to consider is yes, they are pricey. If you shop around I'm sure you can find cheaper treatments, but their product is truly highest quality. the phrase you get what you pay for truly applies here.
