The staff are not only extremely experienced and knowledgeable, but they have a perspective on recovery and healing that you can share and relate to with them, I think this also contributes to how caring the staff are, they really all take such a personal and deep interest in your recovery vs this just being a way to pay the bills and put their degree to use (which I have seen at many places). Beyond the staff and recovery approach being incredible and also unique, the grounds are absolutely stunning with world class amenities. The natural beauty surrounding the facility allows your mind and soul to really connect with nature in the healing process and there are also such a wide range of amenities it feels like being at a luxury resort. He told me he left the grounds, purchased alcohol and that it went undetected. I asked many questions regarding the type of services he was receiving during his stay and was told the staff were trying to improve his motivation. He left against their advice and within a day, he threatened to harm himself. This program did not help him. Messages that I left were not returned. I did speak with a case manager supervisor who was receptive and provided group options. I called and spoke with a different person last week and told them all of this.

So I took the recommendation and I could not agree more with their recommendation. I've dealt with panic attacks off and on and the tools and coaching provided has been fantastic. Mostly looking to take a holistic and self empowered approach as apposed to sending you to a psychiatrist right away to be placed on medications. I imagine if someone does need that they would offer that to help. I feel this is a very individualized approach and feeling comfortable is a great necessity for myself.
