Updating to say I've seen some improvement. Still could use more items in certain areas but it's not as empty as it once was.

Tried to buy two bar stools today. The clerk was trying to call the manager because every time they sell furniture they have to get a manager to approve it. What an idiotic rule especially when the manager is not there and won't answer his phone. My question is how much did you pay for the furniture. I guarantee I donated more than that over the years. No more. I'll give my donations to an organization that is run properly. read more

I used to love this thrift store. It was my favorite and I have shopped here for years. In fact, I was informed the last time I was in the store that I have spent over $10,000 there. Unfortunately, a new team has taken over and between the manager and the woman he hired to price items, the prices at the Frisco location have become as high as clearance prices in the department store. $40 for a shirt that you can buy on clearance at Nordstrom for that, yet the one at Grace is worn out. Ran through today and there was a used dress from Target FOR $27....at a thrift store! After these two have taken over my spending at the store has dropped dramatically, and I am now going to two other stores since Grace bridge has become a resale store in Frisco instead of a thrift store. The general manager told me he used to work at Neiman Marcus and he calls resellers about items he gets in store, which is so unethical! The Celina location still has decent prices, but this team in Frisco has really lost their minds. read more

I was excited when this thrift store opened, as it offered an alternative to Goodwill and their mission seemed admirable. Recent visits have left me disillusioned. *High prices for tired merchandise. *Store has a depressed, crowded, unattractive appearance on the inside. *Specials were announced over the PA system, but I couldn't understand what was being said. *I've donated quality items to Grace Bridge Resale, but I've never seen them make it to the floor of the store. This store used to be great they had great prices the people were wonderful and the organization was pretty good. But their prices have gone through the roof.when you can get better prices at regular stores on sale then at the thrift store used there's a problem. Their furniture department is ridiculously overstocked with ugly '70s style furniture that is so ridiculously overpriced you can literally find nicer things if you drive around on garbage day that people put out on the street for free read more

Don't donate and don't buy anything at grace bridge resale I was just in there on half price day, I seen a golf club for $35.00 so I got it ,went cashier and she said it's not half off,it's full price. I spend gas money going there on half off day but only a few things are half off. This is false advertising. read more

my fave thrift store in the area. the prices are higher than goodwill but they have 50% days almost twice a week, and other additional discounts. they do a ton of community outreach, and i'd rather pay a little more for the money to go somewhere i know is needed. read more

I found this resale store by accident. I had really good luck finding some nice things here on sale days.

This was my first visit to Grace Bridge and I will return often. You can sign up at the register for text alerts that will allow to to receive discounts and store updates via your phone. Their pricing is determined by the color of the price tag; some items are full-price while others are 25% off, 50% off, and even .99! There is a great variety of items, from housewares to clothing. My only complaint is that some of the clothing items are a bit overpriced; for example, I should not expect to pay $9.99 for a shirt that is a brand sold at Walmart when it has obvious wear (and stains on the front!). read more

Staff is always pleasant but items used to be reasonably priced. I have donated items here and shopped occasionally over the past year. Today after I dropped off some donations, I came in to shop on their Thursday Special - buy 10 items for $20 (I never buy that much so I end up paying the price). Pricing has CHANGED Dramatically since I was last here (probably about 6 weeks ago). Most shoes are not in very good shape so you really have to look. Ladies clothing is getting really pricey - things that are nice and usually were around $7 or $8 are now higher. They don't have a shortage of stock so not sure why things are so high. Metal wall decor $12.99 (I think you can buy it for that retail). Luggage is also more than double what it should be priced. I'm all for Grace Bridge's mission of charity but consider economics 101, supply & demand. Things need to be priced competitively (not just competing with Goodwill). Lately, I can purchase more brand new items at Kohl's with their sales & discounts than I could at any thrift store in town. I hope they re-think their pricing strategy to "what price will sell this item quickly" rather than "what is the most $ we can get for it". read more

The bathrooms are always smelly and dirty. Have been noticing they don't get cleaned. Two toilets are broken with closed doors no one is doing any cleaning in the bathrooms. Literally a pigpen. Starting to look like profit is their main goal here- With your free donations. They need to be reported to the Health Department. Grounds for breeding diseases not fit for human contact. Went to Grace Bridge on Wednesday 1o 6 2021. Very disapointed. My granddaughter told me about Gracebridge last year before pandemic and it was a great and reasonable place to shop! On Wednesdays everything was half off. This time everything was very overprice! Sweet little lady that worked there agreed and told me to talk to the manager about the prices. He didn't care. The little lady told me the woman in the back pricing the things didn't care either! I was told she used to work at a jewelry store and doesn't have a clue what used items should be. Supposedly the manager was just concerned about making his bonus I was told! This place is a Christian store and people with low income should be able to shop there like they used to! I hope this gets resolved and returns like it used to be. read more

There was a lot of "stuff" here but it was so busy you couldn't even walk down the aisles. Literally wall to wall people and the line was ridiculously long. People are trying clothes on in the bathrooms, hallways, and aisles. It was just too much. We stayed about 15 minutes and got Out of there. read more

I used to be able to find good deals at GB. The price is almost always 1/2 off what is listed, but many times that 1/2 off price is still the same as what I could get new at a retail or online store. I like the mission of this place, but over the last 6-8 months, pricing has become too high for a thrift shop. I go for a deal, not to pay full retail. I used to stop in a few times a month, now I just drive by. Sad. read more

So so so disappointed in this resale store. Their prices are ridiculous!! There is no excuse for these type of prices on used items that are not even antique or branded. They put such a high sticker price that even when they have their specials it is often higher than what you would pay at let's say Wayfair or target for a brand new item. The greed is apparent. This is said to be for a good cause and yet they are pricing out many people who may need a less expensive item because of this location. What are you thinking? This is not right...but you can still fix it. The goodwill across the street is starting to do the same. Can not blame inflation on these used sometimes busted items...price gauging is real even when you don't have to pay for materials or international transportation. No excuse for these astronomical prices on used items. So upsetting. Please adjust your prices Grace and have Grace for people. You will still make money...maybe even more! read more

Excellent thrift store in terms of zero smell and cleanliness. I do think that for some items the pricing is rather on the high side but I do like to support them and honestly wait until the major 50% off sales to buy anything. I will say there items in the glass case are normally very fair for designer items. This is the only place I really donate my items too because of all the work they do for the community and abroad with other countries. Much better selection and offerings than the Goodwill across the street which honestly has poor offerings and the typical goodwill smell! Stick with GBR! read more

Went the other night on wacky Wednesday sale and had a bad experience. Asked for instructions from clerks before I began shopping and followed their instructions. 90 mins later after I was done looking, the special and price changed on me and I was told the clothes I picked were not part of the promo. They showed me a sign out ling details of special, which I read beforehand. All in all, they had me follow rules that they could not explain, their signs could not explain, which resulted in a complete waste of time. The prices on their items without the sale were astronomical! I ended up at their sister store in Celina and walked out with two bags of merchandise and felt good about my buy. Night and day experience. I do understand that many if not all are volunteers, but to charge as much as a retail store and not know the business will simply put people off. read more

What a fun little place this is! Lots of interesting finds. Great bargains all the way around. Your purchase or donation is a help to our community. Can't get any better than this win-win for all. We found a little side table for an upstairs game room and got a terrific deal on it. The staff carefully packed it up and loaded it right into my car for me. Everyone working in the store was helpful and warm. They answered questions for us and made it an easy sale. Stop in and see what's there. You might leave with something charming! I wish there was a no STAR FOR bad review. I bought some furnitures that were delivered by the African American manager ; however, one painting wasn't delivered. My nightmare started from then. I went back to the store c/o not delivered one painting. I bought several more pieces of furnitures with extra delivery fee. He delivered the painting but it was broken and missed another furniture delivery. I refused to take the painting but he said no money back but he can exchange with another painting. I went back to the store and bought more furnitures with extra delivery fee. this time he didn't deliver them until i was back to the store . when I called him he said he was on his way to delivery to my house but it was lie. after several lies, including he will deliver the furnitures in the early morning 05:30 a.m. which was lie again, I was back to the store again. . Finally, he delivered but of course he missed some items again. One time even though I already paid for delivery, he sold the item to someone else but still he didn't give me money back. I moved from another state, and it was very horrible experience that I never had before. I never been back to the store since too many lies even though he didn't deliver all my furniturs yet. I regret that I provided him a starbucks gift card for delivery furniture for the first day. I cannot believe that he is a manager. read more

This is a quite large Christian resale shop benefitting local charities. VERY NICE selection of clothes, decent offering of furniture, housewares, etc. Pricing is a little on the high side but they do offer various discounts depending on the day, might check their website for that. read more

I love Grace Bridge at Celina and Frisco! Both are great but have a very different feel and appeal! Celina is small like a boutique, staff is friendly and helpful! They are moving to a new location on the square so they will be twice as big,very soon! Frisco is definitely a thrift store feel, again everyone is friendly! Choose your days to shop! Both stores give you perks for being a return shopper, so I pretty much get discounts! If you volunteer at their food bank in Celina you get a 25% volunteer discount on the day...great perk! Just love dropping in when ever I am close by and introduce my friends to the wonderful world of Grace Bridge every chance I get! read more

this use to be a great place but in the past couple of weeks prices have doubled! Even when it is a 1/2 sale it is still high for a thrift store. So sad to see these changes. It also use to be very clean and organized and now it smells like a thrift store and not nearly as organized as it use to be. I was so excited when I heard about this place because there's nowhere in this area to donate things. Their values and charity outreach are awesome, so I took a car load of stuff to donate a couple months after they opened. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. The man who collected my stuff treated me like I was wasting his time. Giving him the benefit of the doubt and assuming he was just having a bad day, I decided to give them another shot and stopped by today to take a look in their store. They play clean music and there are dressing room (definite plus) but they are WAY OVERPRICED. Old forever 21 dresses that aren't even in style anymore for $12.99. Everything was neat, clean in order, arranged well, multiple dressing rooms, kindhearted staff, and prices were MORE than fair. A must-go-and-see if you love buying nearly new $80 pants for $3. They have furniture, jewelry, purses, belts, hats, really dressy shoes. They have areas designated for men, women, children, etc., so locating what you need is easy. We love this shop.
