My kids been coming here for about 2 years now, and I can say the service, attention, place and literally everything In this place is amazing. The kids love it, they live the decorations, staff and also the safe place for kids here. Today's visit was with Sahar, she was very happy and was able to explain very well every detail of the visit, she was cordial and super nice with my kids. Dr travers was their dentist, and omg I just love every time she sees us, the kids will smile and be happy, they are not scared and don't mind any job done with her, she will show every equipment and why they are loud for them not to be scared. I love everyone here, so lovely and always have a great attitude. I even forgot the appointment was yesterday and they were able to schedule appointments right away the next day for them not to be behind, I looooove it. read more

Very grateful for today's experience. My son needed to do two dental crowns today. All previous dentists wanted to use general anesthesia and put him under but Dr. Grace's practice treated him with laughing gas and the treatment was successful. He has two new crowns and we have avoided $1500 general anesthesia. Sahar, the dental assistant was able to take Xray's and took good care of my son. The quality is average but the organization and the actual doctor horrible and rude . Came here as a referral from Dental Express THEIR THE BEST BTW !!! But they made me come twice in one day and wasted my time cause their staff didn't communicate with me . Their wait list for being put to sleep is 8 months out and no cancellations possible she told me . So I will not come to this establishment because how we were treated from the start was horrible . One Star -- This Dental Office Is Dangerous and Deeply Unprofessional If I could give zero stars, I would. Grace Dentistry has repeatedly failed my children, not only in dental care but in basic human decency and professionalism. Parents, especially those with young children, stay far away from this place. First incident: After my son had a filling done at Grace Dentistry, he experienced constant bleeding all weekend. We called the office in a panic, looking for help. But we couldn't even get through to Dr. Grace. Instead, her receptionist -- with zero medical training -- decided it "wasn't serious enough" and told us there were no appointments. I ended up taking my son to another dentist just to stop the bleeding. We returned to Grace later to show the pictures and explain what happened -- but the damage was already done. Second incident: My daughter had a silver crown placed, and a sharp piece was sticking up. I told the receptionist this was dangerous -- she could cut her cheek or tongue. Again, I was told there were "no appointments." I asked: who decides what's a dental emergency? The receptionist made it clear she does -- not the dentist. I drove my daughter straight to the office, where a different dentist -- not Grace -- immediately fixed the issue. Third and final straw: I made an appointment in person for both kids to get their teeth cleaned. I confirmed it face-to-face in the office. I took time off work, pulled my kids from school, showed up on time -- only to be told it was canceled because I didn't confirm via text. Are we really canceling confirmed appointments now over a missed text message? The response: "That's just how it is." No accountability. No flexibility. Just a complete lack of respect for people's time. But the most unacceptable act? Dr. Grace sent letters directly addressed to my 7-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son to inform them that she would no longer be their dentist. Not to me -- their parent. A dentist who thinks it's appropriate to send rejection letters to elementary school children should not be in practice, period. This office is reckless, dismissive, and unsafe. The receptionist plays gatekeeper to medical care, denying access even in clear emergencies. The dentist is nowhere to be found when problems arise. And now, they've crossed a line by directly targeting children with official correspondence. Grace Dentistry does not care about your children. They care about control, convenience, and excuses. If you ever find yourself in a real dental emergency -- don't expect this office to show up for you. They didn't show up for us. read more

I'm so glad we found BRSH+floss and we have moved over our children. This place is fine for routine cleanings -- I did like the hygienists and the dentist--but when we needed more dental work for our son they couldn't get him in in a timely way. He had to wait three months for his first appointment and then couldn't schedule other appointments until after the next scheduled appointment. This meant him waiting nearly 5-6 months with cavities. The receptionist is rude and dismissive. When I told her we needed to switch dentists and why she said "okay" and that was it--no apology or follow up which could have gone a long way and prevented me from writing this review. Also you cannot be back there for dental work. At BRSH+floss they got him in within the week. They found alternative treatments so he didn't need as many fillings. I was able to be back there with him and hold his hand. If I hadn't been able to be with him I believe he would have been traumatized. Grace could be great, but they need to greatly improve their policies and customer service read more
