My wife's dentist. She has been happy with them. However, they just decided not to accept Delta Dental insurance. Since they insure a lot of people, be aware. This is by far the best dental office I've ever visited. The receptionist, Michelle, is always so friendly and kind. They make sure to greet you by your name when you walk through the door. The dental hygienists don't make you feel like you're doing anything wrong with your personal tooth hygiene. They are all very friendly and are gentle with their cleanings. Dr. Keen is a spectacular dentist. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and takes the time to answer all your questions. Doesn't rush your appointment either. I'd recommend this place to anyone. I had pain over a weekend and sent an e-mail to Dr. Keen's office at 630 am Monday asking for a appointment. I was not happy with my current dentist and a buddy recommended Dr. Keen. I didn't really expect to hear from them until later in the day as they opened at 9am. At 9:01 am my phone rang and it was Dr. Keen's office offering me an appointment as soon as I could get there. I knew I'd made the right choice. EVERYONE is friendly and competent. The office is very comfortable. Everyone wants you to BE comfortable. Found this awesome office after the dentist changed at my old office. Let me just say, "I love this place." The office is cozy and friendly. The staff are never rushed and listen. They make good dental recommendations and they make everyone feel comfortable. The dental hygienist, Kelli, does the best cleanings ever and helped me take even better care of my gums and teeth. Oh and the doctors... Dr. Jagger and Dr. Keen perform amazing dental work. I had a small cavity that was fixed up perfectly at a reasonable price. Their prices are reasonable and they have a great Wellness Plan. Well, I've been going back for more than a year now and I still love this place. Wasn't a previous patient, but called based on previous review on YELP. In pain, I was really concerned that a previous root canal was not done correctly and would need to go through that hassle again. They got me in for emergency consultation with a couple hours and then sent me on to specialist. Everyone was so nice and understanding, that I have decided to change to them permanently! My entire family has been seen by Dr Keen many times over the last 15 or so yrs and I can not recommend him enough. His eye for color matching is phenomenal. He is kind, caring, and compassionate. The entire office does their best to make sure all patients are comfortable (including terrified kids/adults). Due to insurance I have been to a couple other dentists and after x-rays the first comment is always: "who has done your previous work, it is beautiful" and it truly is. No matter how many times insurance has pulled me away I always go back due to the gentle touch & the knowledge that he will do what is right vs recommend only the most expensive work. I've been seeing this dentist for over 10 years. He's got a great bedside manner and truly cares about his patients experience. I had a bad experience with a bigger name (no slandering here) and Dr. Keen quickly resolved my issues when I switched offices. My hygienist is Lynda; she's been there for over 30 years and will do whatever she can to make sure I'm comfortable (I've got total white coat syndrome). My dental experience at Keen Dentistry has always been nothing short of positive. The staff is friendly, professional, and does great work on my teeth. In the rare times when a dental emergency has arose, they always find time to squeeze me in for an appointment on short notice. Dr. Keen has been our families dentist for over 20 years. My 3 grown children have never known another dentist. He has opened his office on weekends for emergencies. He has answered our emergency calls and even returned our emergency calls from Mexico. In this instance, he probably saved my sons life. (The Mexican "dentist" wanted to extract an abscessed tooth without first getting rid of the infection) I first came to doctor Keen after my previous dentist refused to fix the caps that kept falling off. Dr. Keen replaced the caps and 20 years later they are still in place. I had previously used 4 different dentists, and Dr. Keen shines above them all. His prices are fair, his work is the best, and his honesty is beyond reproach. I feel lucky knowing that my three infant grandsons will soon have the same dental care that their mothers and I have been so lucky have over the years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR KEEN. My experience at this office was awesome! I had a crown done and never felt the injection!! He has a wonderful caring staff and the office looks great after his recent remodel too! He does need to update the pictures here...speaking of pictures...he is also a fantastic photographer and has his photos on a video screen in his waiting room!
