First time here Labor Day weekend hoping to catch some sales....not much going on. It's annoying to…read morego to an outlet store just to have the same price as the regular store or online. They have the typical outlet stores like Coach, Old Navy, etc. but they do have a Pottery Barn. We walked in, not very busy and literally NOT ONE EMPLOYEE ACKNOWLEDGED US or even said "hi" despite us walking right in front of them. They seemed to have some decent prices, but items I liked were too big to take home on the plane :-) I was surprised they had a Goodwill next door....full of really cool Halloween items....the best items were big animated figures for $299....little pricey for something they received for free, but that is typical goodwill. Clothing and household section was small in my opinion. I was looking forward to the Lululemon store, but not too impressed with the prices. Most prices are the same as the online prices "We Made Too Much." I came back after the Labor Day weekend thinking maybe they might have different deals....NOPE. Same stuff and same prices. I have to say, the employees here were not friendly here either so maybe it is a Michigan thing? Not the most impressive outlet, but if you like outlet shopping....maybe you might get better deals...ya never know :-)

This place is teeming with vintage wares, antiques and odd or unique memorabilia, but it's so unorganized, so full, it's hard to find anything if you're looking for something specific. They had a lot of fun and whimsical outdoor/farmhouse decor, vintage pyrex, antique dolls, old estate jewelry, and a lot of kitsch items. The prices on what I did see was on par with the area, but the lack of organization and messy layout was a bit of a distraction. I'm sure they had a whole lot more stuff I never even noticed or knew was there. It definitely is a cute antiques shop but I would definitely need a whole day to poke around a likely a few trips to the building to really get a feel for what they had and a better idea of what they are as far as being more geared to kitsch, memorabilia, decor, straight up antiques or all things vintage. One thing that stuck out to me- no one who worked here greeted me or my wife or gave us the time of the day. We were ignored entirely. I found that a little odd.

There was more than one purse I was interested in, but settled on a big clear blue tote with an extra skinny pouch I could use for cash & probably ID. Right now I put coupons in it. My daughter talked me into getting it so I could keep extra stuff in this clear tote-things I always have a hard time leaving behind that don't fit in my smaller Kate Spade. I have tried now for a year to only carry a small crossbody purse, and it is really helpful when you have neck issues like I do....but....it's been hard! So this idea of carrying the smaller one inside the tote and pulling it out when I go inside shopping has been genius! I have everything organized in a blue purse organizer I had gotten on Amazon years ago. The one thing I did notice is at another store like this, they actually had the markdown prices listed so you didn't have to ask. Here, I felt bad I had to keep asking for the prices of the different ones I liked-I could've figured it out myself, but Kate Spade has a certain way of doing the discounts so I always want to make sure. Plus they can do it off the top of their head usually! When it gets to be holiday season, especially here at Birch Run outlet's, waiting on an attendant for a price over it being listed would try my patience especially if it's hot inside the store. The sales associate asked we need any help. I said we were looking. The store had release there new Disney Minnie purse collection line. Most of the store was 70 percent off with an additional 20 percent off. The sales associate Nicole made the shopping experience pleasant and was very helpful when it came to calculations of the price of sales of the bags. They offer 15 percent military discount on top of the additional sale price! It was was an amazing shopping experience. I highly recommend coming here for the shopping experience and awesome sales!

The Paradise Vintage Store in Clio, Michigan is Wonderful. my husband and I have been there 5 times…read morealready and haven't left empty handed yet. Finding Vintage items to place in my Printers Drawer that I have in my kitchen can be a challenge. But at Paradise Vintage I've found several adorable pieces that fit the tiny spaces. Also purchased a trio of standing Porcelain Frogs that are dressed up for Halloween. This item was a limited edition and will be cherished forever. We used Frogs on our Wedding invites 28 yrs ago. it is very difficult to find Holiday themed Frog items. Also was looking for a Vintage Ironstone pitcher to place on the table with florals. At Paradise Vintage we found one and it was 50% off. We have been extremely Happy with our items and the store is well organized and clean. Staff is friendly and the various vendors keep their areas well stocked. Go there to look around and you will be very impressed.
