After the first rendering, we agreed that it was perfect. She said yes of course but I got the wrong size, slightly to big. Noah offered to remake the ring free of charge and even added more diamonds!!! I went to pick up ring to discover diamond was no longer set in original opening but in a new mount that set above the band. The new mounting allowed for another stone to be used to replace my original diamond. Mr. Jimmy became rude and agitated when I questioned him about the ring.
