I decided to just drop my clothes off and it's been a game changer ever since. I'm usually dropping off between 20-25 pounds and it comes out to being less than $1 a pound and it smells WAYYYY better then when I wash my clothes myself. Also, I wasn't expecting for my socks and under garments to be folded so as I was putting my clothes away I saw a separate plastic bag in my big bag and assumed that they were all just in there but when I opened the bag I found that my socks had been paired and my panties folded! I was stoked! They also take credit/debit cards when the amount is over $10 (which mine always is)! I will usually drop my clothes off on a Saturday or Sunday between 8-9am and it's always available for pickup by 2pm... YES PLEASE!

I spend approximately $60 every week doing my laundry there. While I understand that prices have increased tremendously over the years, I will say that the renovations look amazing. However, I found it very distasteful and unsanitary that the restroom had no toilet paper or hand soap available for customers. When I asked one of the staff members if I could use the bathroom and requested toilet paper and hand soap, I was told that they do not provide it because people steal it. Due to this, I had to leave and drive home, which is about 10 minutes away, just to use the bathroom. When I returned, I noticed the employee later went into the bathroom with toilet paper and hand soap for herself. Once she finished, she removed the toilet paper with her when she left the restroom. I found this extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. Considering the amount of money customers spend weekly to use the laundromat, basic necessities such as toilet paper and hand soap should be available at all times, and the restroom should be accessible to paying customers. Going forward, I will unfortunately have to remember to bring my own toilet paper and hand soap in case I need to use the restroom, which I find completely unnecessary. I do hope to speak with the manager or owner regarding this matter. I have met the owner a few times, and he has always been very nice. I truly believe he may be unaware of what is taking place. Extremely upset, I called and politely asked for something to be done since the clothes that were stained were brand new and had neither been washed nor worn. I asked for compensation for the damage and to be refunded the cost of the wash which in total came under $100 which for someone living in New York, is not that much to give for ruining clothes. The response I received back was absurd stating they were not at fault because they did not think they did anything wrong. You may not THINK you did anything wrong but I actually KNOW that my clothes did not leave my apartment stained with fabric softener. TL;DR: don't go here. You're clothes will come back ruined.

I HATE lugging the clothing to the laundromat, giving money to the owner of the closest one considering he doesn't use A/C on hot summer nights and once nearly killed us b/c of not having the door near the dryers open when it was killer hot there (we were waiting on clothes to try) and I despise having to sort the laundry immediately or knowing my clothes will be permanently infested with deep wrinkles. I thought "Why not let someone else do this considering our time & labor are valuable + I'm not He-Woman?" Did my research, saw good things about this service and decided to finally bite the bullet and go here once our laundry card for the local laundromat ran out. Tons of people I know send their laundry out but I feared the monthly cost killing us financially. Your first order is 15% off if you're a new customer & you'll also get a free laundry bag. I found out this happens even if you forget to give the guy your coupon like I did. It turns out doing this was very, very smart. First off, no need for me to lug heavy laundry from my second floor apartment or make my husband do it (the driver will come to your door & not make you go downstairs with your laundry; why can't postal services do that?). Second, you can provide your own laundry detergent and the like for them to use. Third, even if the 15% off hadn't applied the cost was far more reasonable than I expected (the per pound cost is the cheapest I've seen). Fourth, they will pick up and drop off in Ridgewood (it feels like no one ever services Ridgewood so this was a welcome change). Finally, the staff is extremely friendly, answered my questions without making me feel stupid or like an intrusion and my laundry came out wonderfully without us having to fold and sort it. This is an example of something you're better off spending the money on if you don't have your own washer/dryer at home. Be aware that the time you select is a range for when they will arrive (for example, 11 doesn't mean they will arrive precisely at 11 but within that hour). The driver even contacted me when my clothes were done and offered to bring them back early, which I accepted. Greatly appreciated. I wish we had started doing this a long time ago. This will have to be a regular thing & it feels like it's going to be a better use of funds in the long run.

Prices are really good ($4 and $2.50 for washers, dryers are $0.25 for 6 minutes) and you use coins, not those scam debit cards that are becoming more common. This place isn't the most sparking clean, but I was here an hour before closing and the lady was really busy and began cleaning just after I arrived. Nothing grimy or filthy, just evidence of a very busy day with lots of customers. Yes, I would do laundry here again for sure.
