Avoid this place. Went through these guys two times for a half-ounce. I always look for top quality which is sometimes hard to get with random delivery companies, but gave these guys a try and let the person over the phone know that I would sincerely appreciate it if they sent over some good stuff. The first time I order, this weird guy shows up who seemed a little bit like a tweaker, to be honest, but was honestly really nice. He starts talking a lot, telling me how he understands how clubs are these days and swears his stuff is always going to be good and just to hit him up if it's not. Awesome! Keeps talking and talking for a while but honestly it was cool because it was stuff I wanted to hear about how good this new delivery service I found was (lol), but then says something like we always give our bad stuff to tourists and just say that you're not a tourist and we will send you the "off menu" stuff...? Lol ok. Get home and the stuff was actually good! At this point thinking awesome, I found a good delivery service! Just have to say some "keywords" to get the good stuff? Lol. Fast forward like two weeks and I hit them up again to get more. I say the "keywords". The same guy shows up equally as antsy as the first time and clearly on something. Say hi and again, he talks a lot. Tells me to open it up and check it out, though, which I thought was pretty reassuring. The buds inside were still wet and seemed a little off so I questioned him on it. He tells me it's as good or better than the first stuff, just super fresh and needs to be dried. I feel so stupid for taking it, but I did. This same guy gave me a great experience despite all the rambling the first time, I honestly wanted him to be right about what he was saying, and that I did finally find good delivery service. I dry it out at home and, unfortunately, it's some trashy outdoor stuff :(.. Text him the next day when all dried and could surely say the stuff is bunk, and he tells me he's really sorry but he's on vacation but to call him in a couple of days and he'll make sure the next stuff is good and fix the situation when he's back. Ok, cool! About a week later, called them hoping to get more. No answer, so I text them letting them know who I was. Great store on the Westside. Convenient to freeway access. They have a great deal on pre rolled j's of dank at $22.50 for a 6 pack. They also have great top shelf stuff if you're a conasiour. However it's not the best spot for a deal (besides the pre rolled joints). THE GRANDMASTER PURPS was the sickest stuff I've smoked in a long time. But at 65 it hurts the wallet. This rating is only in regards to the front office staff and not their products. After searching several dispensaries I called this place to inquire if they carried a certain brand . The receptionist informed me that they did in fact have the product. I explained that I was coming quite a distance and wanted to make sure before coming. So I went, but was denied service due to not having a medical marijuana card. I really wish she would have informed me before coming all that way! The shop seems to be a nice place in a great location, but they seriously need to get RID of the receptionist. Her entire demeanor is rude and she is very condescending. I was in the area and saw this nice looking corner lot dispensary. The parking lot was convenient and I walked into friendly, cheerful people! It is clean and boasts a lot of natural lighting. Everything is open and easy with an atm on the side that charges the 2.95 fee. I was finished with my application and walking through the open door to the flower section in less than five minutes. I grabbed a Kiva, some cbd pills and a top shelf flowers. They have a huge variety of stuff and the bud tender I spoke with had some knowledge of the products for sale. Now, they are more expensive than my spot, Exhale. They charge 25 a gram for topshelf and 20 for medium. I might return for the CBD pills. I was also given a FTP joint which was nice! Best shop ever! Grace Medical has the highest quality bud on the Westside. I've been a member for at least 3 years and I pretty much exclusively go there. They always have the dopest strains as well as an amazing selection of edibles, vape carts and non-smokable meds. I recommend the Zeta, Thin Mint, Super Max OG in terms of flowers. They also have some high quality vape pen cartridges such as Ocean and Potter's, and they carry a range of strains and sizes in the vape carts as well so you can always find exactly what you need. I also like the wax and shatters; they have a lot to choose from, all of which I have found to be quite delicious! One of my other favorite things about this club is the variety and quality of tinctures and oils that they stock. For example, they have several brands and ratios such as pure CBD in 20:0; 20:1, 15:1, 10:1, 1:1 of CBD:THC, even the THC:THCA oil. Relaxation does not come naturally for me. It just doesn't. I live in Santa Monica and there are (0) ZERO dispensaries. This one is clean, it's nice, and it a total positive vibe. I've been to places where it's not so great to need your MM and be in a depressing environment. This is perfect if you live in Santa Monica. Get on the FWY East, exit @ Pico, turn left at the light, and pull right in after Centinela. I don't have to poke around to desperately find parking/free parking to get inside a depressing, Mickey Mouse, slap dash, dark and dirty dispensary. This is important to me because I really do need it as a medicinal treatment for anxiety. I don't want to do pills, and I disagree with the review that said the stuff isn't good here. I used to buy "from a friend" and never knew why some of her stuff made me more wired (Sativa) and her other stuff made me calm and easy (Indica). All these years not knowing. Now it's like black and white to me. I get it...thanks to Grace. They get you in and out. You jump back on the FWY, head West, and get off wherever you need to....but your not in stop and go on the surface streets. They have edibles. Tablets, candies. When you go into the dispensary area, you'll notice the Buddhist shrine on the right. The MM is out there under lights and like I said, it makes the experience of getting what I need more pleasant, fast, and the location near the freeway is perfect. I like to Vaporize and I think they should sell vaporizers there. I had to go to Vaporspot in Culver City...but that's a different review. To summarize...if you're in Santa Monica and sick of the places in Venice, check this one out. It may be more expensive. They have the MM in 3 different tiers. Top level is most expensive (best). They have a midrange level (cheaper) and bottom level (cheapest). I was pleasantly surprised by a mid range tier MM, but here's the dealy.....you can't depend on a certain type to be there. I know what I like, and when I do I go back for it. I keep track of the MM stuff that works better than others, but it's not consistent there. When I go back for it, I'm trying "Purple blah blah" or "Hindu" this or that. They should put a suggestion box (maybe this is naive) for people to put what they like on the shelf. Do it on the website. Just be more consistent. If I could get the same type of MM each month, then that would be great, but I'm happy--of course! Like many other places the edibles are sometimes really strong and sometimes it's so-so. I can say I've never been disappointed. So, I give it five stars. I try other places, but so far, this is it for me. The baked goldfish are STRONG...be careful... and they tell you to do that. Each time, until they know you. This is my first ever Yelp review, I had never been so inspired, until today... Unfortunately in a negative way. Where should I begin... 1. Upon entering I was completely ignored by the front desk staff member who was chatting it up with a customer while I patiently waited to be checked in.. 5 minutes later I finally make it into the shop. ..... 2. Only to discover there is no line system, and be shoved by a man claiming he was next when he came in long after me. (After I had been patiently and humbly waiting behind the previous customer.) 3. When asking the bud tender about a specific strain, all she could tell me was that it was "good"... No details or explanation, no biased opinion...all she knew was that it was "good" 4. And finally, the worst part of it all was as I was exiting, I was asked BY THE SECURITY GUARD to escort an elderly woman with a cane on my arm. I had no problem with this, in fact I was glad to be the only one willing to help the poor woman. But as a man, and a security guard isn't it his duty to protect not only the store & staff but also the paying customers!? What kind of customer service is that???? This used to be my go to place for everything but I feel like it's gone downhill. I bought a pipe here and after two days I went to pick it up and it just fell apart. Then I got a vape cartridge. Stopped working after a day of use. I brought it back. They replaced it. Put a new one in a bag. When I got home realIzed it was a smaller cartridge they gave me. Grace is one of those places that just feels right from the moment you walk in. The staff are very relaxed and knowledgeable, and they definitely allow the customer to work at their own pace. But really, these cats deserve some serious support because they've been jacked and jilled by the douchenozzles at erba (the craphole that stole their location/font/& logo). Folks coming to the westside looking for a dispensary have a lot of choices, and two of them are just a block apart. The difference: one is a long-time vendor here in West LA with a serious selection of grass, the other is one of those hipster a-holes who are looking to make a buck off the community. Big shop with nice atmosphere. If you like being able to browse, this place is for you (I've been to a few shops that were so small you just felt like you were in a rush - not here; there are even couches and a TV). The waiting room is inviting, and the staff was very helpful. There is a small parking area but it could fill up fast at a busy time and it's tough to get in and out of most time of the day - better than nothing though. One critique in general, even though not enough of a concern to merit a lower review - I'd like to see their online presence improved. They have a website but it's outdated, and they're not on Weedmaps, which some dispensaries use to update their menus daily. This is my 1st time since Herbal Cure moved and became Grace. I liked the way they did things at the previous location, and like them even more, here. The 1 thing I didn't like about HC remains true at Grace: You pay a premium for atmosphere. The pricing isn't outrageous, but it's higher than average. The meds are good, and according to the staff they grow 80% of their own. I'd like to see lab testing, and assurances re: organics, if I'm going to pay this much for my meds, however. The hours are good (10A - 8P except Sunday, 11A - 8P), and although the location is congested, they have off-street (free) parking. I'll update once I've sampled more of their wares. read more

So far so good! Parking is easy on the street and filling out the application is easy. You do need a medical card or paper (separate entity than the Grace Medical) and they have recommendations if you need one. I just got back into having to medicate myself due to mental pain and physical pain. Instead of turning to addictive drugs, I've been focused on the cannabis strain Indica. Anyway, it was my first time in a dispensary and I felt so overwhelmed because they have so many options and so many new products. Do research. I recommend their peach rings and their coffee bean infused cannabis. The hardest thing about medicating through cannabis is the cost so you kind of have to get an idea of what you want since it's cash only which is smart because that way you can limit overspending. They have good deals and the staff is very friendly. read more

As other low reviews have noted, and knowledgeable yelpers already suspect, the positive reviews could only be from employees of this dispensary. I have recently moved to West LA and have been shopping around dispensaries from downtown to Venice. When I went in for the first time, the prices were surprisingly high, but I bought 2 different top shelf grams and received a free 'pre-roll' anyway. For the inexperienced shopper, a free joint might seem cool, until you find the dispensaries that will give you buy-one-get-one eights or multiple free joints and edibles on your first visit. Still, I was desperate at the time and didn't really care how much I was paying, I just needed to medicate after a long weekend. I tried out the J with a buddy and we were pleased. Flash forward a week later and I was nearby with a need for a good dank J. I thought that I wouldn't bother to go to the cheap dispensaries downtown, or the cafe-esque place on melrose, or the Rasta church in East Hollywood, or the consistent places I had been going to in Hollywood, I just needed a decent J. I even told a couple people to wait for me at a nearby restaurant in order to partake. I purchased one and didn't even look at, considering it was still supposed to be the same 'OG' pre-roll that I had purchased last week, with the same label and in the same spot in the display case. I biked up to were some friends were and man did I look like an idiot when I pop open the stapled bag and produced a fat joint of nasty trim leaves, oregano aroma and all. It felt like I had personally slapped my friends in the face when I saw them desperately try to smoke it. We accepted the reality that the joint was pure sucker leaves and debated which dispensary to stop by next. Everyone within earshot agreed that I should at least try and get a replacement and see if it was just a fluke, to give the place a chance to redeem themselves. Perhaps they had mistaken me for an inexperienced user or something and just tried to pawn off some junk. I called the place and explained what happened, stating that I still had the remainder of a very foul smelling joint. The guy said he would replace it, so I biked back to the place. When I sat down and calmly tried to explain what happened, pulling out the bag with their logo and the junk joint, he said he couldn't help me because it's already been smoked, despite the obvious remainder of J that smelled of trimmy oregano. I mentioned a negative yelp review and he changed his tone, quickly going to a drawer for what I felt would be some recompense. He hands me a stapled bag, and I regrettably shook hands with the owner and security guard, since on my way out I discovered it was another unsmokable oregano trim joint. I turned back in frustration and told the owner that, in case he didn't smoke, I just wanted to let him know how low quality the joints were. He grabs the bag out of my hand and says 'Fine then, you get nothing.' Just on principle, I didn't want to argue with such a douche anymore. Here is your first negative yelp review.
