They have a very good selection of top shelf products as well as more affordable tiers. The Lounge is beautiful, relaxing and a great place to interact with others enjoying nature's little miracles. I booked a cabana online for a birthday gathering, then called the shop directly to upgrade it to a…read moredouble session -- and that change was confirmed over the phone. Three days later, I got a notification that my reservation time had been pushed out an hour with no explanation. When I called to ask what happened, I was told a manager would call me back. That call didn't come until 2pm the day before my event -- for a party I'd already invited 9 people to. The manager told me he had no idea how I'd been able to book the slot in the first place, because it had actually been reserved for a "buyout" and that I would not be able to have a cabana at all. His "solution" was to comp me a single session the next day -- half of what I had actually reserved. When I explained that I wasn't available and this wasn't an adequate fix -- I was being asked to cut my event in half and change the date, less than 24 hours out, for a party of 10 -- he hung up on me. I called back immediately and was told he was "in a meeting" and unavailable. To be clear about the sequence: I booked, I called to confirm an upgrade, that upgrade was confirmed, and only after all of that did the shop discover its own scheduling conflict. That's not a mistake I made -- it's one they made and then tried to offset by giving me less than half of what I was owed, with no real alternative, at the last possible moment, on my birthday. Good service means owning an error like that and making it right -- not quietly downgrading the customer's booking and calling it compensation. Instead I got a lopsided offer and a hang-up when I pushed back.

It's unfortunate. I think it's important for people to understand when they're in the service industry, their energy really affects the overall energy of the rest of the staff and the clients visiting. We can feel the negative energy immediately . I know we all have things going on in life, and life is intense right now. Because there's a lot going on in the world right; clients are looking to escape life's stress, if even for a moment. I also work in the service industry and I understand that many people shop and visit locations to escape and they will choose places that are more fun to purchase what they need versus sticking with a place where the energy is down. Maybe the problem is the staff? Maybe the problem is the Management, which makes the job not enjoyable for the staff? Maybe the problem is the owners? If it's a trickle, where the problem is at the top then please fix it because it's affecting your bottom line or it will as people choose other locations. I've been going to this location for a few years and the energy recently shifted from a fun place to visit to where people feel depressed and the energy feels toxic. What happened? Even the security person was off.
