Seattle Suds responded to my request for a quote same day and we were able to schedule a visit so I could walk them through the work to build out the quote. While here they explained their process and talked specifically around the considerations they would make for different materials- especially the fence and lattice as older materials can't always take the full force of water. They also washed the easement on the side of the house careful to note that asphalt has a coating and they would treat that carefully as to not compromise the asphalt. The quote was super helpful as it broke down different aspects of the job so I could understand where the costs went up or down. They were able to schedule us quickly as we had our own deadline to get the work done. Our patio has seen 15+ years of Seattle weather and while the original fence has maybe a couple years left in it Seattle Suds work was remarkable in its results. Work was done in a morning. They made themselves available for a last check in before they got started and when done walked the work with us. I cannot believe what an incredible job they did on cleaning our roof and gutters! We are underneath many large trees and the roof was full of pine needles and small branches. The gutters were jammed with a few years of needles, branches and pinecones. Salmon Bay came out and literally made our roof and gutters shine like new! There was a lot of debris that they disposed of. The most amazing part was that they FULLY cleaned up the entire area on the ground and hosed the house off as well. The customer rep Morgan is awesome / responsive, the crew was super nice (Andrew and Clayton) and the owner replied timely to questions / concerns as well. The a roughly 3000 sq home - 2 story, the project probably took the team 1.5 hours to complete. I surveyed the site afterwards and it was in good shape - not a whole lot of leftover debris from the roof. The crew used a water hose for the moss / gutter clean and afterwards applied a liquid solution to prevent moss - I was told the solution should be applied every 6 months (water hose and not pressure wash as pressure wash is too much for the roof). A brush wasn't used like some of the other gutter cleaning companies. The next day - when the sun was out I walked across the street to get a clear view of certain sections of my roof. I noticed "green" / moss still on a certain area so I took pictures and sent them to Jordan. He replied and said that he would have the team come back out and take care of it. Overall - Issaquah gutter has great customer service. Giving them a four star because we had to have the crew come out after the project to get the remainder of the moss on the roof. If it was all completed on day 1 I would have given them 5 stars. I engaged with a few other companies up front and went with Issaquah because they were most responsive and professional.

He went above and beyond to service our vents (even with some surprise obstacles - and perhaps some lapses in training). Since this particular service is new for this company (which we didn't know when scheduling), there are still some "kinks" being worked out. First, our tech was not provided access to information we shared with Customer Service in our scheduling process (i.e. our tech didn't know he was serving a home with ceiling vents, and thus, didn't bring a ladder or proper tools AND we were told by Customer Service that he would service the furnace, which he wasn't trained to do). Also, the company doesn't currently vacuum/wipe down affected surfaces after a duct cleaning service, so customers are left with a mess to clean-up. Growth opportunities acknowledged, overall, we enjoyed our experience with this company and can't say enough good things about Justin as a person. He was really such a joy. Pro Tip: Ensure you confirm your service needs directly to the tech before they arrive at your home, so they are adequately prepared.

We had another company do our windows a couple of years ago and though they were ok, it was the usual method. Also they pulled a screen out of it's frame. But this year again we had PowerTwin do all of our windows and screens. In addition to the usual on the inside of the windows, they use a special super filtered water to rinse the exterior of the windows. In a phone conversation, they said they are actually twin sisters who started this service during the pandemic. PowerTwin cleaned 18 windows and sliding-glass doors, interior and exterior, for our home. Their window cleaning and business practices more than lived up to their creative and energetic name.
