Worst place for walk ins. They don't even give you a heads up that you will be waiting at least 30 minutes before they see you. They will take people who are late to their appointments even if you arrived before. First time here and last time I will step foot in this place. I came in on a Monday morning at about 10:30. Only one lady was there and she was very nice, outgoing and made sure I was comfortable. She gave me different options for the after care (aloe, witch hazel), which was great because I dont do well with witch hazel, so having aloe was perfect! My brows came out perfect! I havent had them done in maybe 6 months (new mom), so she had a lot to work with. She was quick too! She let me know of all the promotions they had. The place was very clean too! The employees are friendly and the place is clean. However, it's important to know that when you check in, the wait time on the sign in tablet is far from accurate. The wait time ended up being over 40 minutes longer so I recommend asking the employee if the wait time given to you is accurate. read more

Sepideh is one of, if not the, BEST threaders out there. She spends so much time carefully getting every last hair - my eyebrows are perfect every time I leave. I love the girl who does my eyebrows. I booked a facial ( On Special ) when I arrived the woman doing my facial was confused about the service I wanted. I thought I was getting the Oxygen facial ( which was on special) her equipment was already set up for a oxygen peel, and I was charged for a full price facial of $150.00. They act like a pumpkin seed peel is something special. You can guy that product for $10 at ultra or online and get the same results. Bait and switch or just simply not paying attention or not entering what the customer wants when they book. It's not my job to keep up with their specials. I was shocked when they rung me up but did not say anything because it was awkward already. I will continue to get my brows done but not a facial again. read more
