I've been coming here for years and had nothing but great experiences. Today I came in and it was someone i've never seen before. I thought nothing of it until she started. I could feel her missing the hairs on my eyebrows, so she had to keep going over it. It also felt like she was taking out one hair at a time, I could have done that at home with tweezers if that's what I wanted. The eyebrows have absolutely no shape, they're hardly cleaned up, and she thinned out the inner part of them so now my eyebrows look patchy. I have no clue what her name was, and I didn't want her to ask her to fix them out of fear she would mess them up more. But if I see her again I will be walking out. A big waste of $20. She was clearly new, as she didn't know how to use the register, I assume she is new at this in general, she should not be doing eyebrows. Looking closer, she missed hairs near my eyelid, and also left big swollen red marks underneath my eyebrows, probably the areas she went over 4 or so times. I am glad I didn't come here before an important event. read more

I am getting married in 10 days. I went here because it is close to work and has good reviews. I specifically told Spitka how I like my eyebrows shaped. I have 2 different shapes called back to let her know. She said she could fix them and had an appt at 4:15pm. I went on my break, and she asked me to wait 5 mins. At 4:30, she said she was still in the back with another person who asked for an extra service. I had to leave to come back to work. I now have these two different shape eyebrows. I made an appointment for eyebrow threading and didn't specify an 'artist'. It was apparent during my visit that the person threading my brows was i training. She was being instructed by a more senior team member and took longer than usual. My brows looked fine but I didn't see the cuts and bloody spots the artist wiped off with witch hazel. The skin around my brows and eyelids look like I was clawed by a cat. I was also offered brow tinting which looked great at the salon. After I washed my face with mild cleanser, the tinting was completely gone. read more

The first few times we came here everything was great. They did a great job. I guess it depends on who you get. I took my daughter in on Sunday and they did a terrible job. She was literally in the chair for four minutes. I ran to the ATM came back and got her and I couldn't believe how bad it looked. I didn't have time to go back in and ask them to fix it. They didn't cut the eyebrows at all. She left two or three full-size hairs close to the eyelid and didn't do in between the eyebrows at all. I've been coming here to have my brows threaded for a few years. The ladies are all welcoming and proficient in their jobs. I've had the opportunity to have Sara thread my brows most often. My brows have been thin and not great for several years because of medical complications and medications. On several occasions, Sara and I talked about how thin they were, and I had been using Castrol oil to help them grow. I thought about microblading but wasn't as knowledgeable; Sara carefully explained how it worked and shared some examples from other clients, thrilled after having her do theirs and look beautiful! They were running a special that month. I decided to read more online and scheduled an appointment with her that following Sunday. I am extremely happy with my brows, and many have said how natural they look. During my initial visit, Sara was very gentle and careful in explaining each step and what she was doing. She asked multiple times if I was comfortable. Sara measured and took her time. She checked throughout the procedure that each side was the same, and it looked good not only to her but to me, too. Waking up with natural-looking brows each morning helps boost my mood. It also makes me look less tired and pops my eyes more. They healed quickly and without any problems. Today, I returned to her for my touch-up session, which she recommended. Again, Sara was clean, graceful, and sweet at each step. Again, she checked them to ensure they were perfect, and I loved them, too. Of course, this is a new procedure for me, but I'm confident that because Sara used her talent, preciseness, and care, my brows will look good for years. Again, she told me to come in with any questions or concerns in the future. Of course, I will. Because Sara is kindhearted and does an excellent job, I'll be back for threading sessions as needed.
