After 2 years, I thought I would give this place a try again. Worst fucking mistake. I asked the lady Abi something to just clean my eyebrows and she even said she would clean them and ask me after if I wanted to shape them. Instead she left me looking like a surprised clown ready for the circus once again with two fine point sharpie shaped eyebrows on my face. Honestly what the hell is wrong with this place? Are they all trained in 4S to make sure the customers continue to look the Joker? I'm so angry right now, eyebrows make a huge difference on a persons face and I look ridiculous asf. How the hell is anyone supposed to take me serious at work when I'm in shock for the next month! This is some bullshit and NO ONE should go to this place. Stick to Anywhere else! read more

Terrible. New girl cut my lip and it wouldn't stop bleeding. I've done threading for decades and have never had this happen. She apologized profusely but clearly did not have enough training to be doing this unsupervised. Staff needs to be trained more before being allowed to work on clients and they should be hand holding the new people. Ridiculous. Will never go back. read more

I was greeted with such a warm hello and smile by Roxy! She took me right away! we had small talk but I felt I have been coming to her for years and it was my FIRST TIME! 1Day update - Bruises above eyebrow and on forehead are more pronounced and look more like breakouts. Might take about a week to heal. I have had my eyebrows done at many places, this place is the worst!!! This place needs a pair of gentler hands, and women who know how to do eyebrows for other women. *** And employees need to wear masks. Temperature check was not done. COVID does not stop just for Grace 4S Threading *** I went to get my eyebrows threaded and came back with bruises above my eyebrows and most of my forehead. It's been a few hours and the bumps haven't reduced and pains when touched. The bruises didn't appear immediately, so I tipped them because they seemed polite. I went back again to get some unevenness sorted. One of them did my eyebrows evenly as I asked, and the other lady asked me to wait for 5 minutes as she needed to "tell" me something. She told me she felt bad because I had come back, and said she would remove some of the baby hair. I was wondering if she had missed doing that also when I was there the first time. She also took the liberty of taking some more off only one of my eyebrows, leaving the whole look uneven another time. The ladies working there only know how to do their own eyebrows. Seems overpriced for their quality of service (plus tips!). Told me their names were Helen and Sarah. read more

I have always had great experiences here other than this, so it's more of a heads up to anyone purchasing packages. I had purchased an aqua facial package in June 2020 for $300(I think this was the first covid reopening) but had never used them. I called this past week just to make sure everything would be good since I purchased them a while ago and the girl I spoke to on the phone said they didn't have any packages in my account. I never received an email confirmation of the purchase, but did have the transaction in my bank account and had that info. She said she would take a deeper look into the transactions and get back to me, but never did. I guess just make sure to get physical proof of any packages, and make sure they log it into your account. As I said, I had nothing but good experiences other than this. read more
