I called ahead to ask for information on all that entails their special on an "Honest Essential" facial. They have a special going for first timers right now for $95 that is a steal! I'm not sure how long it lasts- online it says $120 for first time clients (a $15 discount than the honest essential facial) so make sure you book asap to get this price. I was greeted by the cutest lady at the front desk, (wish I remembered her name-she was also the person I spoke to on the phone) and she just broke down everything for me from the expectations, the machine, the masks, massages, etc. I have been burned in the past getting a facial so I was skeptical but I truly felt so comfortable after speaking with her. My appointment with Alicia who was wonderful! this was my first time going and she was very informative and kind. I told her my issues with hydration, dry skin, and bumpy patches. she suggested the oxygen trifecta that came with a jelly mask. I'm not sure the oxygen did much to my skin so I'm not sure the extra $40 was worth it but the jelly mask definitely felt so good and I enjoyed that. I know you can't expect amazing results after going just one time so I think in a month or so, I will book another facial. Stay tuned. read more

I took my wife here for her first facial, and she absolutely loved it. Her skin looked amazing afterward--she was literally glowing! (As a bonus for me, there was a massage place in the same shopping center, so I wasn't bored while I waited.) The second time, I tried booking a facial for my daughter. I made the appointment around 6:30 a.m. the same day (my fault for waiting until the last minute) and was excited to see an opening. Unfortunately, there was a glitch in their booking system, and the appointment wasn't actually available. They called me as soon as they realized the mistake and explained what had happened. Even though it was an honest system error, they still offered me a complimentary add-on service for a future visit. At the time, I was frustrated and probably didn't appreciate the gesture as much as I should have. Looking back, I think it was a classy way to handle the situation. This business is run by two moms who clearly care about their clients and their reputation. Small businesses like this are the backbone of our communities. If you're local or visiting the area, I definitely recommend checking out Honest Skin. Just be sure to book a few days or even a week in advance because they're busy for a reason. read more

The woman in the front desk whose name I didn't catch was so attentive it immediately calmed my initial nerves and the overall vibe of the location was so inviting.
