Graced Kennel has been my saving grace since moving to Augusta GA! After being at home all day every day due to COVID, I felt uneasy leaving my dog home for 8 hours a day while I went back into the office. Jimmy/Hope and the rest of the Graces Kennel crew calmed my fears and takes great care of my pup! It's a conviennent location for those who work at Fort Gordon. The activities the offer are not only great but keeps dog active and tired them out. Graced kennel takes excellent care of our pet. The staff are friendly and you can tell how much they care for the pets. They have a plethora of activities going on if you want your pet to have some extra fun and get some extra photos. I swear my dog has more fun with the staff here than she does with us, haha. My favorite reason to like this place is that they don't force you to have your dog snipped/fixed! Have had my dogs (one chihuahua mix and a Min Pin) stay there 3 times. About a week each time. I asked for and immediately got a tour of the place. The people seem to enjoy their jobs and the dogs looked happy. This facility keeps dogs separated. My boys were together but I never had to worry about them fighting with others. Place was clean. I paid for my dogs to have baths on the day prior to pick up and both times they were clean and smelling good. They used my food as directed and informed me of my dogs health/behaviors which coincide with the behaviors at home. So, I know they really spent time with them. First day I was in a rush and they took care of everything quickly which usually is a process to give vaccine records and fill paperwork out. My dogs never got sick and were always excited when I took them back. Almost like my dogs got a vacation too. Wish it was a bit cheaper and would love it if they included video time. read more

This kennel is no doubt the best I have ever seen. They take such care with the animals it's hard to believe. You will never find better care anywhere. Believe me I am very very particular with my precious doggie. I cook for him, read to him, cuddle him, play with him and walk him. They do it all better than me. It is a very hard and relentless task to take care of a lot of different animals at once but graced kennels is wonderful and they care. I don't know how they do it. Do NOT trust your animal here. Dropped our Akita off for a four night stay along with 4 days worth of food and treats. They only used one feeding of food, never took his harness off and had lost weight. Nails were supposed to be trimmed, they didn't trim as requested and nails are now splintered. Neglect! Neglect! Graced Kennels is the only place I'll take our boys. We've tried several other kennels in the area and were disappointed every time. Our dogs always have fun there and even start to get excited before we pull up in the drive way. It's definitely their home away from home. We've had our Cocker groomed there as well and they always do such a great a job on him. The staff there is great! They know us by name and we only visit about 3-4 times a year. I also love that our dogs aren't cooped up in runs 24/7. They get to play in playgroups most of the day, but get to stay together at night. They also like to post videos and picture of your pets on Facebook so you can see how they are doing. Love it! Love this place! read more

Is now called Graced Animal Service & Kennels is an excellent establishment. They treated my dog wonderfully while she stayed there for a week long holiday. The staff was very friendly and all were obviously very interested in animals. They even encouraged me to call and check up on my dog if I wanted to see how she was doing. We dropped our two dogs off for boarding as we went to The Masters. We were coming from the Northeast on our way home to Florida. We made a reservation and sent them proof of their vacations. Everyone on the phone was very nice and helpful to make sure they were ready for our babies. They also asked for some info on their personalities to see what they could do to improve their stay. Both were housed in the same kennel at my request. Our older lab had never been in a kennel before and she seemed herself when we picked her up. They said they both ate well so I am sure they were happy. The place seems very clean and everyone seems to truly care for the animals. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a kennel for an overnight stay. Hopefully we will get tickets to the Masters again, and have them watch our babies again! read more

We bring our pitbull here and first thing to mention is that our dog just loves it here. He is always eager to get out of the car when I arrive ( in a happy way). They know him by name (small detail but says a lot). They inform me of how the day went. They have a nice place for the dog to play and they give them dedicated play time. They don't mix the dogs unless you give them a written consent. read more

My dogs love this place, they are always excited to stay here. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that I was charged an extra day for my 2 dogs for picking them up 6 minutes after 12. There is no signage in the building or on the website that lists 12 noon as a hard cutoff. But I must say, this is the only kennel my dogs have been eager to go to. read more

I take my baby Timber to Graced Kennels because they are fabulous with the care and attention given to all fur babies. I say baby but my Malamute is 140 lbs. and it takes a loving dedicated person to deal with him. He loves coming here and gets so excited as he recognizes the area. Timber gets lots of play time and loving from everyone at Graced. They are sure to call you if anything is needed and i love the pictures and updates from them when we need to travel abroad. I feel very secure and at ease when we need to travel because my dog will be well taken care of, he comes home a happy dog ready for a nap after all that play. I will definitely recommend this kennels to everyone with fur babies, always willing to accommodate your requests and very polite. Mr. Jimmy and all the staff have been very professional and helpful through this wonderful journey as a pet parent for the first time. We rescued Timber 4 years ago and Graced Kennels have been a big part of our family teaching us and caring for Timber all along and for many years to come! Thank You to everyone at Graced Kennels! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Dropped my dogs (2 mini poodles) off at 9:00 a.m they weren't done being groomed until 6:00 pm. It took them 9 HOURS to service my dogs. I was quoted $65 for the both of them and when I went to pay they charged me $85!!! They tried to justify the price because they said one of my dogs was being difficult, but he was locked in a kennel for 8 hours! Of course he is going to be difficult he had been overly anxious ALL DAY! I asked them to please work with me on the price given that they kept my dogs for so long but they REFUSED. I again stated I was not satisfied with the service and felt they were overcharging me, and the groomer said I could either pay or I could go home without my dogs. That woman literally held my dogs hostage and gave me NO choice but to pay her the $85 as if she deserved it. This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL dog groomer I have ever done business with. I will never do business with them again and I highly recommend that you don't either. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. GO ELSE WHERE! read more
