We've never had any issues and he always comes home properly worn out from a long day of play and he loves everyone who works there (and they all love him, too!) It's also done wonders for his social skills. When we first started bringing Dexter, he was extremely dog reactive and was completely unable to focus on anything if there were other dogs nearby. Now that he gets to play with other dogs regularly, he's much more well behaved on walks when we pass other dogs.

Any competent, professional groomer knows you ASK the owner first before making a drastic decision like that. They did not. The haircut itself is awful -- uneven, careless, and nothing remotely close to the photos I provided. My dog looked embarrassed and stressed when I picked her up, and I was honestly shocked at how bad the job was. What made this even worse was the groomer's attitude when I confronted her. She was rude, dismissive, and showed zero accountability or concern. No apology. No explanation. No attempt to make it right. Just pure indifference. This place clearly does not respect their clients, their instructions, or their pets. If you care about your dog, do not come here -- because they will do whatever they want without asking and then act like it's your problem.

He was wild when we got him from the previous owners. He refused to deal with me and my wife. He loved my two Grandsons (who live with us) and stayed in the room with them. We had to go out of town, and we boarded Gizmo with them. That's when I found out that Rebecca ran a training program. It was a 30-day session. While we missed him greatly, we kept in touch thru texts and pics. On September 20, Rebecca brought Gizmo home to us. I would have never believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. He had settled down. He came to us. She went over the different commands he understood, and we practiced. Soon she left to go home. He went outside with me on a leash. No pulling. No wildness. A completely different dog! Two weeks in and he comes when called. He jumps up on the chair with us. He keeps me company as I work daily. He loves belly and back scratches. This week, I decided to try going outside with him with no leash! FANTASTIC! Does his business then wants to play! This is the dog I wanted when we chose Gizmo. I requested a puppy cut and what I got back was a scalped little girl and the grooming was uneven!!
