I do understand that a business needs to keep customer bookings on time but the experience of being cancelled 3 min in was beyond extreme, that could be the difference between 2 people's watch's. You need to set expectations of how early you want clients to show up and wait so that they will not be considered late and cancelled.

The injections also seemed uneven and disproportionate across my forehead. Compared with every previous Botox treatment I've had, I saw almost no visible improvement, despite paying a premium price. Between the lack of communication, disappointing results, and what I feel was excessive pricing, I left feeling taken advantage of. I would not return or recommend this clinic based on my experience. I hope the business improves its transparency, pricing, and quality of care because my experience fell far below what I expected.

I went in for two appointments to talk about a revision he kept telling me I didn't need but it was really bothering me. My first pre op set up experience was great, the second one they just seemed to want me in and out. It seems all he did was remove some scar tissue to make the nostrils look a little more even. (This was in August 2024, 2 years post op) Now it is 2026, and I need a third nose job. My nose is still crooked, looks completely different on each side, and I still can't breathe. On top of this, my left nostril seems to be collapsing. Over 15k later. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.
