Well, this is a complete bummer because Danielle and the first injector we had were the absolute sweetest and great at their job, but the front counter lady is by far the worst human I've ever came in contact with. I had to jump through hoops just to get my situation figured out, but Danielle is absolutely amazing I can't say enough sweet things about her... There's 1 million other places that I'm sure are fantastic and cheaper so it's hard for me to justify driving an hour 1 way to go there!!! I was so excited coming out from my appointment w/danielle to book for Jan 10th and I was met with that miserable human!!! Not to mention our family cat passed the day before so she is lucky that I just wanted to cry rather than argue, cause baby I definitely would have left in cuffs.. So sad that there is that miserable of people out there and in such a beautiful relaxing place!!! Side note: Sheena (spelled wrong) the manager was also amazing and called me personally got my payments figured out that the front counter devil messed up.. she offered a free facial and wants to make up for the bad experience which I truly am so appreciative about she was so so sweet and attentive, but at the moment I still need time!! When I say I need some healing from that experience I definitely need it.. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I was charged significantly more than I expected for my Botox treatment, and the results were by far the worst I've ever had. One of my biggest concerns was that no one discussed which injectable product was going to be used before the procedure. I believe patients should always be informed about exactly what product they're receiving and have the opportunity to ask questions before treatment. The injections also seemed uneven and disproportionate across my forehead. Compared with every previous Botox treatment I've had, I saw almost no visible improvement, despite paying a premium price. Between the lack of communication, disappointing results, and what I feel was excessive pricing, I left feeling taken advantage of. I would not return or recommend this clinic based on my experience. I hope the business improves its transparency, pricing, and quality of care because my experience fell far below what I expected. read more

I do not recommend Botanica Beauty based on my recent experience. I scheduled an appointment with a specific injector and, on June 9, was contacted to reschedule because I was told my injector had a mandatory training on my original appointment date of June 11. During the rescheduling process, I was reassured multiple times by phone and text that my appointment would still be with the same injector. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that my injector was unavailable and that my appointment would be with a different provider. I was uncomfortable proceeding because I had specifically chosen my injector and had an established treatment plan with her. When I expressed hesitation, I was told I could be charged a no-show fee if I did not continue with the appointment. As a result, I limited the amount of filler placed in my lips because I did not want to alter the results I had been building with my original injector. During the appointment, the provider I saw was very kind and sweet but with the situation I was in it was hard for me to be fully comfortable...... Afterward, I learned that the injector I had repeatedly been told was unavailable due to training was no longer working at the practice at that time. This information directly conflicted with the explanation I was given when my appointment was rescheduled. What concerns me most is not the provider I saw, but the lack of transparency regarding who would be performing my treatment. Patients should be given accurate information and the opportunity to make informed decisions about who performs their injectable procedures. When I later contacted the business to discuss my experience, my concerns were not meaningfully addressed. I believe transparency and informed consent are especially important when it comes to cosmetic injectables, and my experience fell short of those standards. read more

One star is a lot. My first lip filler appointment was with "Makayla", and as a first-time filler client, I do not feel like I was properly educated about the procedure, risks, or what to expect. Since then, I have had ongoing issues with my lips. I only did dissolving twice, and I still have a lump in my lips and they are uneven. The last time I went was on May 8 with " Aveed", and I left feeling rushed, uncomfortable, and unhappy with the experience. I even explained that I have a graduation and a party coming up and that you guys needed to fix this, but I still left upset and disappointed. I also left without the lips I wanted or the service I was looking for. The communication from both Aveed and the page was extremely unprofessional. I asked multiple times about the solutions/products used during my appointments and was ignored for 10 days. It is my right as a client to know what solutions were used on my lips, yet none of them got back to me with the names or proper information. Overall, this whole experience has been stressful and disappointing. I regret trusting this place with my lips and would not recommend anyone to come here. The receptionist was very attentive and was quick and informative. Really stepped outside my comfort zone with this one, but so glad I did! I went to botanical beauty studio in Bellevue to get my lips filled for the first time. They specialize in Russian style beauty and injecting. My injector was knowledgeable and really took the time to make sure she got everything right. These pictures are obviously immediately after the injections and my lips are quite swollen. I feel they settled in nicely, the change is subtle but attractive and I for sure will get this treatment again. Their price per unit is also incredibly reasonable. Happy with my service! read more

Last year I received a full syringe of lip filler here during a Black Friday promotion. Shortly after treatment, I noticed two bumps in my upper lip and contacted the studio. I was told this was normal and would resolve with healing. At the time, I didn't think much of it -- I still had active filler in my lips, the issue wasn't as noticeable, and I trusted it would go away. As time passed and the rest of the filler metabolized, the two bumps remained firm and persistent, becoming far more noticeable. I also believed this would be a simple fix and that another injector could work around the area. I was never informed that poorly placed filler could prevent future treatments or require full dissolving. Recently, I consulted another injector and was told my lips cannot be safely refilled due to poor filler placement from this studio. The injector confirmed the bumps are migrated filler and explained that adding more would only worsen the issue. I was advised that the original provider should dissolve the filler, as reputable practices typically correct work like this. I contacted Botanic Beauty requesting dissolver only in the affected areas to correct the problem. I was told a manager would call me back; instead, a staff member contacted me in a rude manner and stated nothing could be done because too much time had passed and that I should have scheduled a two-week follow-up -- something that was never explained when I initially raised concerns. Despite having receipts and photos, I was told I would need to pay $300 to dissolve filler that was improperly placed by their injector. No apology, accountability, or reasonable solution was offered. I now have to pay out of pocket to fix their mistake before any injector will safely treat my lips again. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Management should take this seriously. read more

I would not recommend this place. The staff isn't trained well. A very unprofessional atmosphere with an injector with the most unpleasant attitude, unfriendly and argumentative. I waited for over an hr for my appointment. my consultation was cut short to about 5 minutes because she was running late. I almost left but she convinced me to stay. I did lip fillers and my cheeks. After the next day i noticed a bunch of bumps on my lips. I didn't want to go back because it was such a horrible experience. So I went somewhere else to get them dissolved. all and all I lost money. Botanica was nice enough to offer me a $50 discount never felt so insulted in my life. There's definitely more to this story but I'll stop here. Always make sure your injector is an expert and knows facial balancing. Do your research. I only went off of a promotion deal to save some money. Never Again!! read more

I booked my first appointment for lip filler with Priscilla and when I showed up she had someone in training work on me which I find unprofessional and the worse thing you can do especially to new clients! I am not your practice dummy go find someone who is willing to participate! It was so odd because I was giving her notes on what I wanted the entire time but I didn't know who to look at because she was the one asking me all the questions but not the one injecting me. The lady who injected me was so needle happy it hurt on a level of 1-10 it was definitely a 9 I also felt like there was barely any communication which made me super uncomfortable. I came in prepared and done my research I asked for height building and I specifically expressed how I did not want any shelving I hated that look of having a line on top of my lips and I even asked if I should start slow with a half a syringe to avoid that look which she assured me we should do a full syringe. I was not even told what they were injecting me with I had to ask a week later to find out I received RHA And on top of that I did not receive the look I was going for. They were so set on giving me Russian lips even tho I specifically asked for a round and pouty look and even provided photos. It was probably so they can up charge me on the needle. I walked out of there looking like Daffy Duck I was in shock when they gave me the mirror but I didn't say anything because I was trying to give them the benefit of a doubt and wait for my swelling to go down. I did like my lips once they were healed but they were uneven. The owner Karina is someone who isn't licensed or experienced she just wanted to open up a Buisness to profit from. I wish she would hire more experienced people. The front desk girls never know anything! They're super nice and I love them but cmon why do you always have to ask the injector because you don't know the answer everytime I ask you a question? I had a terrible experience at this salon a couple weeks ago when I came in for lip fillers. The entire process was unprofessional from start to finish. I was made to wait in three different rooms before even seeing the injector. The person who did my fillers was rude and dismissive. When I mentioned the price I was quoted, she refused to do the originally discussed product and instead handed me something else, telling me to "Google it" when I asked about it. Zero explanation, zero care. After the procedure, she slathered my lips in gloss. Once I got home and wiped it off, my lips looked exactly the same as before -- absolutely no visible difference. I contacted the salon and was told this is part of the "healing process" -- what healing process results in no change at all? They told me to wait two weeks and then come in for a free consultation... not a correction, not a refund -- a consultation. After they told me they can correct my lips for an additional cost. I've asked them repeatedly to redo the work or refund me, and they keep ignoring me. If you're considering this place, don't. And if you still decide to go, ask to see their licenses -- because I seriously doubt they're qualified. Don't waste your time or money like I did. read more

If i had a chance i can give negative rating. Initially I booked with them for laser treatment in group on paid 599$ for full legs and 599$ for full arms for 6 session laser sittings. 1st sitting was done by Vaneesa she did my full laser in less than 20 minutes. I thought this is how they do. 2nd sitting was with another person who could not even speak a single word English and she was using translator it became very tough for me to communicate with her to address my issue as I could not see any change in my hair growth. Again 3rd sitting was done by Vaneesa, I addressed my issue she said it would go down as the session would come to an end. I asked her what if it does not get reduced, she promised me that they would do additional sessions for the same price like $99 per session. when I went for 4th session she was not working there any more different person had done at that time. I dint see any result on my arms and legs.For 5th and 6th sessions I had a different person Veronica she said just wait for 6th session after that you would see reduction in the hair growth. after 6 sessions I went again Veronica was gone by then. I had to pay extra 200$ for 7th session i could see little difference. When I went for my 8th session OMG the owner was very rude they do not know what is customer service and asked me to pay around 450 dollars, I was like why would I pay as i was promised from your former employee. she said she is not working here anymore, so what? it was very awkward situation. How would any feel they spent around 1600$ for laser and do not see any difference? Such a terrible experience I can say.
