When I first met her, she was very welcoming and caring. I was skeptical at first about going to a chiropractor but my back and neck were hurting badly. I heard negative comments about chiropractors before, that they aren't real doctors and they scam people, but I had to try something. Since I was in a car accident, the car insurance company PIP helped with the sessions after deductible. The first few appointments started with some tests and X-ray. Dr. Whitford showed me what was wrong with my postures and how my body changed from the accident. At every session, she adjusted my back and neck. I'd lay or sit on the bed thing (not sure what it's called) and she would do her magic. I always left feeling better and shocked (in a good way). Dr. Whitford was also like a "therapist" to me. She'd listen to my stories and worries. She was always a great listener and she is genuine, dedicated, caring, and professional. Eventually I stopped going to the practice because my back and neck got better and my car insurance stopped covering the sessions. But if I could go back again, I definitely would. Dr. Whitford's chiropractic sessions really made a difference and helped me feel better.

I was in so much pain from a work-related injury that I couldn't move my head or even sit up on my own. I had to prop my entire torso and head up on our couch just so I could stop some of the pain. (It hurt so much I was afraid to move because I thought I could become paralyzed. I'd had some neck and back issues before, but NOTHING like this.) Thank goodness I heard of Dr. Benjamin right when I needed a chiropractor. They were able to get me in the next day. At my first visit with Dr. Benjamin, I couldn't even hold the clipboard to fill out the standard paperwork, but he took me in and helped me anyway. I felt a reduction in pain during the first visit, and I was able to move my head a little afterward. He took such good care of me for the first few visits before I was able to go and get X-rays taken, and I feel that speaks volumes about his abilities as a chiropractor. He was able to go in "blind" and figure out what I needed for my muscles and my spine, and I most definitely felt and saw improvement at every visit - and I still do. I have even sent my husband and son to Dr. Benjamin, and we will continue to see him regularly. I am not out of the woods yet since my entire spine was out of alignment (my neck was so bad I had a reverse curve at the base of it), but I would never go to another chiropractor or let my family go to anyone else.
