Dr. Bouwens listened to what I had to say, offered me good advice, and was genuinely concerned for my well-being. The office staff and nurses are all very kind and helpful. This location is super convenient because they also have an Urgent Care center and a lab (Although it gets a little confusing because it's easy to assume the lab is actually run by the doctors but it's slightly different billing/administration).

The front desk staff and nurses here seem to be a revolving door, but the PA's are a familiar face. Recently had a health concern mystery and feel like I was pretty brushed off. After months of symptoms, I was referred out by my Dr, and in contact with the office regarding results for one week. Then I fell off the map and even upon reaching out, still didn't hear back. Their facility is always very clean and nice. Dr O is very cheery and nice to work with. She can really give you the impression that she actually cares about you.

I called…read morearound and many doctors had a 3-4 month wait to get an appointment and I couldn't wait that long because my prescription was almost expired. After contacting Dr. LaGrand's office, I was able to set an appointment for 3 weeks later. She is very nice, a great listener, doesn't judge you and is gentle(which is important when it comes to awkward and uncomfortable pap smears). I can't say my anual exam was PLEASANT but it was as pleasant as it could have been. My only complaint, and the only reason I didn't give her 5 stars, is after being brought back, I waited for her for about 45 minutes. The nurse said she was reviewing my chart. But I didn't have anywhere to be, and if you are a woman, you know that good gynos are hard to find...so she was worth the wait.
