Went there for the 2nd time recently. We were a group of 3 on a Saturday and we had the restaurant to ourselves! We got seated right away but then nobody came to even take our drink order for nearly 15 mins! We then ordered our food and drinks and it was almost another hour before our food was out! The whole time we were there, there were only 2 other small groups that came in! I felt like we walked in before they were open... such strange vibes! read more

A great place for breakfast! I'm glad we stumbled onto it during our visit to Logan. Between my wife and myself we had eggs, hash browns, pork chops, bacon, sausage links and pancakes. We each sampled from the others plate and we both agreed that everything was cooked to perfection. The hash browns were golden brown and crispy. Our waiter (Joe) was very attentive and helpful. The manager, Brian (or Bryan?) checked in with us to see if everything was OK and we inquired about the history of the place. He was well versed on the subject, since he has been involved from the begining. We found out that they have added a wide variety of seafood to their lunch and dinner menu and we will be returning today to try that out for dinner. This is our new favorite place to eat in the Logan area. Edit: We did return for dinner and the seafood was exellent! Hand breaded shrimp were HUGE! Highly recommend this place! read more

Stopped here on the way back from Bear Lake and honestly surprised this spot isn't rated higher. The outside looks like an old diner but the inside has an industrial feel with the exposed pipes/vents. The California Chicken lunch sammie is fire. Some of the best sandwich roll bread I've found in Utah. Other orders at my table were the Crispy chicken sandwich and Gracy's breakfast (huge portion so be hungry!). They are prompt with the water and coffee refills - love to see this. The only negative was the sweet potato fries and the onion rings we ordered were not hot... they weren't cold, but they def weren't hot. I would recommend this spot and I would go back. read more

Let me start by saying I'm not from Utah. Perhaps I'm used to more flavorful food, but this was a pretty pathetic excuse for a turkey dinner. The mashed potatoes seemed like they were simply potatoes that were mashed. Even the gravy had not much flavor. I was really rooting for this since I love diner food and the other reviews seemed good. I wish I took pics of my food but yet again I was hungry and just dug in. Staff was great and attentive and seated me fast, no shade on them for this review. Food for me fell short, I got the fish and chips. It comes with 3 fillets of deep fried cod, a basket of fries and a vegetable. The 2 fish fillets sitting on top looked and tasted good aside from being a bit dry. The bottom one was looking super questionable and so I didn't eat it (probably hence why it was sitting below the other fillets) The fries were still pretty firm and not cooked all of the way. And the carrots were brown and tasted like dish soap so I didn't finish them either. All in all I personally wouldn't consider it to be a $21 well spent! But maybe I just didn't order the right thing. Hopefully breakfast is better? read more

Prices are a little high for what this is, and table service was a bit inattentive. The potholes throughout the parking lot and lack of air conditioning on a warm afternoon also didn't put forward a good foot with me from the beginning. And yet we were recommended Gracy's by friends so we had sought it out. It seemed like standard diner-type food, with some extra Mex options-- and a long list of daily specials. Our entrees did come out pretty promptly. The all-day breakfast skillets were all plated attractively and enjoyed by our family -- everyone who got them liked that they minded well the accurate cooking requests on the eggs. And they all liked the fluffy side-dish pancakes and well seasoned oven fries. I didn't adore my Reuben sandwich (a little thin in the corned beef meat and dry for $13) but the homemade sauerkraut was pleasantly tangy if a little skimpy-filled. They did bring some extra homemade Thousand Island sauce for dipping away my dry sandwich edges. I had first ordered the 'famous' Philly cheesesteak but they told me they happened to be out of the sourdough bread that sandwich needed. So I didn't love Gracy's by a long shot but the other three persons in our group did-- and they said they liked it better than local popular diner Angie's. (And not so busy as them.) So I have to consider their experience that maybe for the ~$14 all-day breakfast choices that Gracy's is a good 3.5-4-star choice after all. read more

Overall a poor experience. Friendly staff but that was where it ended. 1.Fish in my fish and chips was tough and had to use a knife or pull it apart with hand. Filets were very thin. (Should not have followed the recommendation of the manager who was PUSHING the seafood. 2.Chips were cooked ok, but the basket of chips were all very small pieces and crumbs. Like what you would find in the last of a bag of frozen fries. 3. Tarter sauce was the consistency of skim milk with a few pickle pieces. Also all of the sauces were served with lids on the small plastic containers. Since Thais was to dine in there was no need for the lids. 4.Thanks for the soda refill but there was no ice. 5.The actual food prices were different than listed on the menu. When asked about that the manager referred to the fine print on the back of the menu that said prices were " subject to change without notice." 6. The waiter said we needed to go to the register to check out so I took the ticket given to me to the register. Added a tip and then when the credit card receipt was given to me it was different than what I got at the table. 6 additional soda charges were added and I did not see that until I received the credit card receipt. Over charge for a meal that was already too heigh for what I got. The manager had no solution. The waiter did offer to refund the money from his own pocket but he is not the one who gets the extra money so I told the Waiter to just treat the next customer better. 7.This is the first time that I have seen an additional charge if you pay with credit card and not cash. First thing first is we should of just walked right back out the door cause of the smell but thought we would give it a chance cause its a diner and cooking and fry oil smell which is understandable. We ordered our food and water was brought and says I'll be back there's something floating in your water. We get our burgers and the wife takes a bite and I see her face and she's like this smell is overwhelming and I said I agree. Got boxs to go complained to server which gave a shit less. Got home just to throw 40 dollars in the garbage the smell stuck to everything and was overwhelming in my car. Called and talk to the owner which gave 2 shits as well and said you should of said something while you were here and I replied I did. Just wanted him to meet me halfway and he said sorry should of done that while you were here but how could we tell our food our food was gonna come out smelling like your restaurant. Pretty sure there cooking there seafood and fries in the same oil and who knows what else. I prefer to experience a restaurant a few times before reviewing, that way I can give a proper assessment, and after 2 dine-in and 2 take-out visits, I can confidently say this is a great restaurant! Their huevos rancheros are solid, my breakfast favorite, and the chili verde is guaranteed to make any dish a winner. The Cowboy burger is the best I've tried on the lunch menu. Initially, service was a bit spotty, but they seem to have worked out the major kinks in that process. The throwback diner vibe is groovy, makes you feel like you're not living in this insane modern age. Overall, a great place to grab a meal and we'll try to have dinner so I can review that side of the menu. read more

Went to Gracy's for crab boil. Glad that we only ordered one dinner to split. Hopefully the waitress must have been new cause she brought one gust their dinner without her salad first. Our crab broil dinner wasn't at all plated properly. Everything was thrown together without proper plating. Two round potatoes, shrimp, & four crab legs. The charge was high & not what was expected. They killed it my first time eating here, a new waitress went out of her way for me and I appreciated the character she showed. The food was cooked perfect to my order, I had a veggie skillet and added steak for $4.99 it was presented beautifully and cooked medium rare like I asked. Favorite aspect being the spinach sautéed just enough without being slimy. I have to share my experience with visiting Gracy's! I visited in November for a breakfast visit and it was wonderful. Great service of course great food. But I came back a second time in learning that my wallet which I had lost more than a month ago had been found by non other than the owner Gracy her self. Not one thing was missing and when I tried to offer something she said there was no need. Friends, that says a great deal about a person in my book... I would not only recommend visiting but also eating. I didn't have to eat here again but chose to, I was so released to recover my wallet, I will be forever grateful to Gracy for her amazing character, respect and kindness. This evening I ordered the chicken Alfredo and it was fantastic, the sauce was wonderful and the chicken was very tender. Loved it! I waited until I had my order before announcing I had arrived. As expected the service and the food were wonderful! A very heartfelt Thank you to Gracy and the kind staff for everything! So the next time your in Logan please give Gracys a try I believe you will be pleasantly impressed with not only the service but the food! read more

Cute little Cafe! Went shortly after they opened and it was great! Staff was still very new and learning, but so kind and welcoming :)

The outside looks relatively inviting like an old diner, but pretty much ends there. Staff was friendly. On to the negatives- coffee was super burnt- definitely tasted like it had been from opening prep 2 1/2 hours earlier & left on the burner til it came to us & there wasn't enough cream & sugar to make it drinkable so one tiny cup $3 each. Potatoes were also burnt & flavorless/greasy. Pancakes looked cute, but were RAW & doughy! We could have gone to Herms for the same cost & had a MUCH better experience & food! You get a huge pancake with tasty potatoes & fresh coffee & avocado for the same cost there so sadly we'll definitely be going back there in the future. Whole place smells strongly of fabulouso & yet the syrup bottle & many other thing's drastically needed to be cleaned. When I asked for salsa, she said it'd be a SMALL up charge for it, most places let me have it for free, so I was expecting 25 or 50 cents like most places- NOPE $1.49 for that tiny little cup!! I can get an entire bottle of salsa at the store for that tablespoon worth. We won't be back unfortunately. read more
