The price they quoted me was around $3,000, and I've included some pictures below. What concerns me most is the lack of trust I now have in their recommendations. I previously hired this company to do tuckpointing work for me. About three years later, I contacted them about touching up a few areas, and I was told the work was already in bad shape. When I reminded them that they were the ones who had performed the original work, the response was essentially, "Oh, we can just repair these couple of bricks. It's not a big deal." After that experience, and now being presented with what I believe is an unnecessarily expensive repair, I simply don't feel comfortable doing business with this company anymore. When you hire a company and spend good money on their work, you expect fair pricing, honest recommendations, and quality workmanship. Unfortunately, that's not the experience I had.

However it's been three weeks and the shrub is blooming and alive, and we think this is largely due to how cleanly they cut the roots and how quickly and securely they got it back into the ground. I've hired them for several years. They do a good job just sealing…read more This year I paid extra $$$$ for patches, filling cracks and sealing. The patch part was fine. For the filling cracks and sealing, they just treated my driveway as other normal driveway with no extra effort. After the seal, I pointed out to them that there were still visible cracks/holes. It turned out the cracks/holes were deeper than they had thought. So I asked them to come back and fill again. But I still gave them the check. Took them a month to come back. BUT, they came back while I was not home. So I could not inspect their final work. And I still see cracks in some places. I texted them saying "I wanted to be here to make sure the job was done properly. I paid double of last year's price. I gave you the check in good faith." Their response was "you paid double b/c of patching. We do not do it for free. We filled the cracks the first time and came back and refilled again. It won't be perfect. If you do not want to see cracks, you should redo your driveway completely." Mind you, I also had patches done last year. So I did pay double of what I paid last year. They made me sound like a difficult customer. I told them "I'm not looking for perfection, I'm asking to fix the obvious." I guess it was my fault to give them the check when the job was not done properly the first time. So if your driveway needs more work, do not hire them.
