They would not come and redo it for me. So I will never recommend this place to anyone. Poor craftsmanship on their part. And they would not resolve it, so not a trustworthy business. The whole thing looks like this now and did after 6 mo of them redoing the patio. Before this, I never had problems to this degree, period. Nothing even close to this state. They'll throw every excuse at the book while other contractors will just make it right, even if they have to redo such a poor job that did not hold up even for a year.

Our century-old brick needed…read moreconsiderable work, with all the mortar being ground out and redone, as well as new lintels, several rows of replaced brick (where previous homeowners had done the wrong thing, resulting in whole rows sagging and collapsing the top of the window), and even a chimney rebuild. From quote to start was more than a year (due to other constraints), and once started the project took several weeks with a lot of scheduling nuances and coordination with other things. Eric and his team did a fantastic job throughout. The crew was friendly and respectful and their work was and is impeccable. Eric was over-the-top communicative both before, during, and after the project. All little issues were resolved immediately, often going above and beyond. We were particularly impressed with how well Eric and his team worked with the older brick, which requires special care and mortar. Even *matching* old brick is quite hard because the size is different from modern brick and there aren't many companies which make it, meaning color options are quite limited. Eric did a fantastic job and I think most people would struggle to pick out the new from the old. Highly recommend for any masonry work.

Not the cheapest, but a very good option in Near North suburbs or far north Chicago neighborhoods if you really care about quality. Not perfect, but about as good as you'll find these days.

Was a nuisance and safety concern. When I first set out to have job completed, I was having a problem finding a company that specialized in slabjacking that would come out and give me a estimate. Luckily I found AAA. I believe I was able to use their website and left a detailed message on what was needed to be done. Within a few business days I had the estimate and had the job completed in less than two weeks. I thought the crew was professional and had the job done quickly. For the money and time needed (actual repair took 1-2 hours), I don't think I could have found more value in other seeking out any other routes for remediation. Would recommend AAA for any other work I may need in the future.

We reached out to Brian, repeatedly (over the course of a year), to get it resolved but he was virtually unresponsive and offered little in resolution. In less than 2 years after they did our driveway, we have serious issues that require having the driveway completely redone. Super unhappy and frustrated with the lack of customer service and low quality workmanship.

I called and told them what I was looking for and then someone sent me several pictures to choose from. A guy came out for the estimate and was very polite. To do my due diligence, I got several quotes. Theirs was the most comprehensive and a fair price. The only negative was that we couldn't secure a specific date; however, I didn't care. I was in no rush. I think if you put a timeline on it they would accommodate it. My project was a small driveway and fence for our house, not a commercial project. I know they do both. They came out and the men who did the job were kind and respectful. We did have a problem during our experience, but were very pleased with how it was handled. We felt like this company took a great deal of pride with their work and how they treated their employees. It is a family business and a business run by a veteran. At the end of the day and when my project was completed I was really glad I went with premier paving and premier fencing.

First I had about 20 emails with Lily , the project manager and conveniently one of the owner's wife who absolutely blew me off on 2 Saturdays when she told me they would come. Then Efren, the other owner, came by my house twice , once just to look and he then came back while it was raining so he could see where the water wasn't draining properly. I was encouraged that they would stand behind their work. However now Efren lied to me because no one ever came even though I waited all day. Then Efren blocked my number so I couldn't talk to him anymore. They justified the whole thing by saying that I was being unreasonable. I ended up paying a different company 270$ to seal coat my driveway. There are bird baths all over my new driveway and they never repaired the part where there machine did some minor damage. I am sorry that I ever got involved with them in the first place. Up to you !!!!!!
