We purchased what was advertised as a fully dressed motor. I even called and confirmed with them that this was the case. It took 2 weeks to get the motor because they said they did not receive payment. We wired them the money and they did have it after they looked and found it. Next - The motor we received was not a fully dressed motor, only a long block. After many phone calls they admitted they were wrong but said they could not help us out on the price. I told them to come get their motor, on their dime. I also told them that they will have to give us a total refund of the amount wired including freight and such. I hope this turns out ok in the end with the refund. As for them as a company and their service, I will never buy from them nor recommend them to anybody. When i say i don't recommend this guys i mean it.My sister had purchased a front bumper for a car.Everything was alright until they called us saying we had to pay extra near 200 for a same day delivery because of christmas.After that they kept taking money out of our account so we called back saying we want our refund.The man on call with us kept telling us"If you pay us 100 we will refund you your mone.We obviously did not trust them,The man then said"I swear to jesus i will not scam you"What man even says that.He then told us"If i was a scammer i would block you i could do that right now if i wanted to"We then told him that we don't trust them anymore and we will be taking action he then told us"I don't care anymore" So coming from me i say do not buy anything from these guys read more

If we could give them 0 stars we would. They should be called Grade F Allstate. We ordered something from them online. They sent the wrong item, refused to pay for return shipping. I'm out $25 for sending it back. We filed a dispute with our credit card company, and they are refunding our purchase, but it has been just awful dealing with them. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and shop elsewhere. They are very dishonest. read more

I bought a transmission from them through eBay, after paying over 2k they tell me separately now I have to pay another $900 for a core charge, I paid it all and got the trans that had issues, I contacted support but I was able to fix the issues and it worked fine for about a month before the trans quit altogether, well they offer a 30 day warranty and it was past this so I was screwed, then I sent the core back and the delivery driver said they hung up the phone on him and wouldn't let him in the gate, so they brought it back, we tried to make the core drop off again and come to find out he had to use a separate entrance that we weren't told about. Then I posted a negative review on google and the owner had me call a lady and they offered to return my core, I sent them my receipts and everything and she said they were mailing me a check. Well it's been almost a month now and she isn't answering me anymore, not calls or text nothing, and I have not received anything from them, my experience with this company just keeps getting worse and worse, why tell me your going to make it right if you had no intentions on doing it? read more

Best place in town to order spare parts. For a guy, I know my sports, women and whiskey. I'm dumb when it comes to cars. This place is very honest and won't rip you off. I first used their services back in around 2003. They found a door for my Mustang I owned at the time. They saved my around $75 compared to others around town. I've also found great deals on side mirrors, tires and rims there. Normally cheaper than others. Even when they aren't cheaper, they will have the parts and can get them faster. My only knock is trying to get a hold of them. I've had trouble in the past. But once you do, expect great customer service. read more

I had an unfortunate incident where the engine on my 2012 Volvo failed me. So I had to shop around to get it replaced. I'm pretty sure every shop I called was quoting me for the engine Grade A had (the mileage and specs were the same), but the prices were MUCH higher (at least twice as much). So I decided to give Grace A a shot since the engine was cheaper and they partner with a mechanic who gives them a great deal on labor. I vetted them pretty thoroughly during this initiation process and everyone was helpful and patient with me and my dad's one million questions/phone calls. So I finally go to deliver my car, pay the down payment, purchase an extended warranty etc. and my salesman was super nice once again. He even helped me get the price down a bit to meet my budget (they have military discounts). Beforehand he told me the mechanic was backed up so the lead time would be 4 weeks but in the end they were able to get my car to me in less than two weeks. They even stayed a little late so I could pick it up after work on a Friday evening. All in all, I was really pleased with the service and outcome. I will definitely use them again. read more

I recently bought a transmission through Amen, and had it delivered to a shop to be put in. They gave me a good deal, adding a year warranty, told me they would pull it that night or Tuesday morning, and said they would have it there by Wednesday morning, which I purchased it on Monday. I told the mechanic who had my car that they would be there Wednesday morning, and he prepared appropriately for it. I received a call Wednesday afternoon from the mechanic, informing me they had never showed up. When I called Amen, they apologized, and told me they had pulled the transmission and would have it there the next morning. Thursday afternoon, I got another call from the mechanic. Amen did not show again. When I called Amen, the manager spoke to me, and said that their was no VIN number on the car they were pulling the transmission from, so they had to wait until they got the car on a lift to make sure it was the right engine size. He said that they had done that earlier that day, and still needed to remove it from the engine, despite that fact that I was told it had been pulled the day before, and that it was supposed to be pulled two days before that at the latest. I told him that the mechanic already had my old transmission out, and my car was taking up space on his lift that he could have been using to work on other customers' cars. He apologized, said he would get it there first thing Friday morning, and would reimburse me for the delay. I called Friday morning to give them my information so that I could receive my reimbursement, and was told I would get $25 back on my $650 purchase. $25 back for costing the mechanic two days worth of time holding up his lift, and causing me not to have a vehicle to get to school with. When I complained that I should have been at the very least informed that they were having issues, I was told by the manager, Bobby, that I was lucky to be getting the $25. I will never use this place again. All I wanted was to be told what was going on so that I could inform my mechanic, and they blew me off, costing him money and me money. read more
