They job was done, done correctly and my home was brought up to code... or so I thought. Months later, I found out the inspection was never completed due to John leaving part of the scope of the job off the initial permit. The wire inspector informed John Hurley to pull a separate permit for the troubleshooting. Simple fix, right? NOPE. Instead, John informed me the only way he'll pull a permit if I paid him for to swap out the breakers he installed with breakers that are to code (remember, I paid him to bring the condo up to code originally... now it's not to code? Weird) When I asked why wasn't the new panel up to code in the first place if he knew it wouldn't pass inspection, he told me to lose his number. Beware. Do not hire.
