I could see the actual bone with a stitch... had to go to hospital for infection. Spent 4 days in high dose abx and steroids. Super nice staff... dentist is poor... he can pay for advertisements all he wants, pt safety and outcome should be priority one always. And it is not with him.

I was a patient of Dr. Jackson (the father) as an adolescent many years ago, because his business was "the place" to go. He seemed nice and I had my teeth straightened, his son (younger Dr. Jackson) gave me the creeps.... Unfortunately, it wasn't until adulthood that I realized the issues which have been a result of the orthodontic work. Things such as permanent retainer problems because they don't tell you it's actually a fixed retainer that eventually needs to come out or how the twisted metal type can cause dental problems, along with midline discrepancy, tongue crowding, airway restriction, and TMJ. All alterations done to me as a child. If I could go back in time, I would've sought out other services with what I know now. Sure my teeth "looked good", but everything that I realized was a result of the orthodontics work done by this business, which seemed more like a factory getting kids in and out, I wish I had been more aware and educated then. Please do your research before trusting others with your teeth. Sometimes the damage is irreversible.

Yet here I have been treated for so many services by Brighter Smile and my smile shows the tremendous difference. There are three convenient locations, they offer same day appointments, in office whitening, veneers, implants, oral and IV sedation, and they even work with your insurance. This is a highly qualified, attentive staff at the Shreveport clinic. Also, they are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The entire staff is kind, courteous, friendly, patient, gentle, respectful, informative and supportive. They take the time to listen to my musings, concerns and questions, and explain the details about the procedures they are about to perform. Unlike previous experiences, this clinic readily shows me my X-rays, dental progress and enlightens me about ways to improve my dental health. I never cry nor feel uncomfortable during my time here.
