For me, the ice cream here is good but maybe not great -- but the incredible variety of different sweets that they offer here from marshmallow pops to oreos to covered berries to toffee to almond bark, and a whole lot more is amazing. It's no wonder that you experience long lines here while waiting for your treats, but in the process have the experience of being delighted by an array of aromas and colors. As a sweets store, this is about as good as it gets - with an amazing variety of different items at reasonable prices. The lively atmosphere helps to reinforce your decision to go here with everyone talking and checking out their favorites. The service isn't exactly the fastest, but not unreasonable for how busy they are. Overall worth a visit if you live anywhere near Geneva, to help satisfy your sweet tooth and find gifts for others to enjoy.

-6 degrees today but not to cold for ice cream!

I went in to Graham's Chocolate today, drank in all the wonderful ambiance, and left with ice cream and chocolate. All is good in my World again. David

The customer service coincides with the chocolates, EXCEPTIONAL! I've been a customer for years and this family owned business maintains delicious turtles. Also, the chocolate covered strawberries are always fresh, SWEET!

Graham's Chocolate provided a late night ice cream bar for my brother's wedding. They brought their full ice cream cart and toppings cart to the wedding venue. There were many flavors and a wide array of toppings to choose from. I got the mint chocolate chip ice cream with chocolate sauce and sprinkles. I would have gotten more, if I had had room for it. This was a great way to end a wonderful day. The servers were nice and friendly. I look forward to going to their store to try more of their treats. I highly recommend Graham's Chocolate for catering at your next event.

As someone who grew up with Graeter's ice cream in their homestate, I was skeptical when my boyfriend insisted I would love this place. We finally got a chance to visit, and he was 100% correct. The place is so cute, being in an old 20th century home. It has a lovely smell from the chocolate delights they make right there, which you can watch from their inside sitting area. I got their blackberry chip and oreo flavors in a cup. They were incredible! Every scoop of my spoon had bits of chocolate or oreo, and the base ice cream flavors were incredible. For those of you who know Graeter's ice cream, you MUST try the blackberry chip! I will definitely be visiting again next time I am in town.

It is Fall again. Everyone has traditions. One of my favorite traditions in the Autumn is to buy a Grahams Caramel Apple. Apples are always crisp and juicy and the Caramel is amazing. Support a local family run business and your dentist.

I don't know how I have never reviewed Graham's yet! I have been going here since a child. Their chocolate is just the best! You can tell it is high quality. They have a nice variety of prepackaged items as well as candy you can order at the counter. They also have ice cream. I highly recommend trying the prepackaged chocolate covered potato chips, sooooo good!! The employees are always very friendly and fast. Pricing is high but it's worth it! It's such a cute shop too!

This is the cutest chocolate shop. I'm in love

This is the cutest chocolate shop. The cutest. Only made cuter by the fact that it's located in downtown Geneva. If I lived closer, I'd beg them to let me make confections here. It's all handcrafted here. I couldn't help but buy a bunch of chocolates even though I know it went straight to my backside. It's all preference of course, but I do wish the shakes were just a bit thicker and less slurpy. I had to use a straw. If I'd tried spooning that as I walked, I'd be wearing most of it. Did I already say this place was cute? It is

Great place to go get ice cream or chocolates. Tons of delicious options. A couple of seats inside and more outside. I don't think they have their own parking lot, but there's street parking around the building. Helpful staff. Sometimes you can watch them making chocolates and that's always fun!

So surprised I haven't reviewed this place before now. It's the absolute best. Today we got ice cream. If you haven't had their ice cream, you just must. It's simply the best, so creamy and lots of flavors. Get anything with chocolate. They also have sorbet (dairy free). I love the raspberry. It's my go to place when I need a special gift for someone. Their chocolates are amazing. So fresh, made on site. You can even watch the ladies making them while you wait in line for ice cream. Then head outside and sit in one of the comfy adirondack chairs or one of the tables, if there is room. When it's sunny, it can get crowded.

Does anyone know if they have anything dairy-free or vegan?

Yes they do. There's a smallish selection (albeit fresh) of dairy-free/vegan chocolate (maybe carob? I don't recall exactly) along with a larger selection of gluten-free chocolate confections.

First, the entire store is a walk through chocolate history and creations, with a Chocolate Tree in the center. The shop was featured on Food Network! It was a pleasurable experience, perfect on a rainy Saturday spring day. The service was fantastic!! Starting with reservations, which was a "comedy of errors" to the moment we left. Esther's friendliness and attention to our comfort and taste elevated our experience. We started with the light, flakier tasty warm classic scones. Then we moved to the delicious, satisfying, variety of finger sandwiches - the traditional cucumber was perfectly refreshing to clean the palate before the sweet phase of our meal. In the mix there was a spinach-cheese tart which it would have been tastier served warm. I selected a violet dark tea which was lighter than I expected, perhaps it would have been stronger if would have let if brew a little longer. The assortments of pastries/sweets were delectable and mouth-watering - macaron, sponge cake, coconut chocolate drizzled macaroons, custard, and a truffle. All inviting, succulent, and scrumptious. I will be back!

It is a small storefront that shares the…read moresame building as the theatre and has an entrance from the inside of the theatre as well as from the side street around the corner. A name like "Chicago Turtle Factory" caught my attention, since it depicted a cartoon turtle on its sign. This is a nice little candy and popcorn shop run by two charming Indian guys. I came in and found what I wanted immediately: chocolate covered raisins layered in a very thick coating of chocolate, just the way I like it. Then I looked around and saw something my 6 year old would like: red, white and blue gummy toy soldier chewy candy. And something for my older son: chewy candy slices covered in sugar. As I bought these things, the man at the counter offered me a sample of his own toffee, made right there. While I am not a toffee fanatic, one taste of the smooth tasting and crunchy toffee, and I knew my wife would love this. So I ended up spending quite a bit of time and money before I was done here. I even came back into the store after I had already found my seat at the theatre. Besides their own hand-dipped chocolate treats, the store carries a variety of bulk candies, nuts, or jelly beans. There's also old-time favorites you can't find these days, like those candy cigarettes some people might remember seeing long ago, but are now frowned upon by those who think they encourage smoking in kids. Since the Turtle Factory is connected to the theatre lobby, it is like a concession shop for Arcada patrons. And looking for good cheesy popcorn? They got some gourmet cheese corn in small bags at the counter too. Since I look forward to return to Arcada, I know I will be back in here again as well.

It was the biggest sample that I've ever received at a chocolate/candy store. The caramel was fresh and not stale, and my eyes went like O_O when I saw the gigantic size of one whole turtle! It was the size of my palm lol. - nice selection of gummy candies and chocolate-covered goodies. A lot of the non-prepackaged candies are stored in these large plastic container jars. - caramel & cheese popcorn was delicious, a good non-Garrett's contender. - convenient location right next to Starbucks. I can just walk here from the library. I have a fondness for sour gummy candies so I picked out a few like sour grapefruit, black cherry, green apple, and striped strips. Of those, I liked the sour grapefruit the best. The total came to $2.79, priced at $3.99/half-pound. Gummybears are about $2.99/half-pound, some sour gummies at $3.99, others priced higher. The cheese & caramel popcorn was $5.99 for a large bag the size of a gallon of milk. You can get 2 for $10, or a smaller size for $3.99. Cons: - needs better interior design. A candy store should evoke memories of childhood and happiness. The interior design for this business seemed too utilitarian for me. Someone should pretty this place up. - unfortunately, I spotted at least two gummy varieties that didn't look fresh, like there was liquid towards the bottom of the jar.
