For me, the ice cream here is good but maybe not great -- but the incredible variety of different sweets that they offer here from marshmallow pops to oreos to covered berries to toffee to almond bark, and a whole lot more is amazing. It's no wonder that you experience long lines here while waiting for your treats, but in the process have the experience of being delighted by an array of aromas and colors. As a sweets store, this is about as good as it gets - with an amazing variety of different items at reasonable prices. As someone who grew up with Graeter's ice cream in their homestate, I was skeptical when my boyfriend insisted I would love this place. We finally got a chance to visit, and he was 100% correct. The place is so cute, being in an old 20th century home. It has a lovely smell from the chocolate delights they make right there, which you can watch from their inside sitting area. I got their blackberry chip and oreo flavors in a cup. They were incredible! Every scoop of my spoon had bits of chocolate or oreo, and the base ice cream flavors were incredible. Graham's Chocolatier definitely has some of the best chocolate, quality wise. I love their version of Turtles called Skalies. They have a nice variety of prepackaged items as well as candy you can order at the counter. They also have ice cream. I highly recommend trying the prepackaged chocolate covered potato chips, sooooo good!! The employees are always very friendly and fast. Pricing is high but it's worth it! We visited on a Saturday afternoon, during Geneva's annual art fair in fact, and the place was busy but not overcrowded. Everyone, it seemed, knew what we were about to discover... This chocolate shop is wonderful! Not only do they have a VAST assortment of candy, chocolate, and ice cream, but they also have an old time "soda fountain" offering that was delightfully nostalgic. Heck, the whole place is oozing with nostalgia! If you can't find either something in which to indulge (there are sweets options galore) or someone with which to help you (there are friendly staff members abound) then it's probably because you're still at home, in bed, like Grandma Josephine, Grandpa George, and Grandma Georgina, as opposed to getting out on an adventure like Grandpa Joe. Our tastebuds indulged in ice cream and soda while our eyes feasted upon everything else! It was an experience for the senses, to say the least, and an experience in-and-of itself. It's been a while since we've stopped for ice cream but it was much needed on a hot summer day. I ordered two half scoops of maddi banani chip and salty cookie which both tasted amazing (salty cookie is my favorite!). I purchased some dark chocolate skälies, dark chocolate caramels, dark chocolate mint meltaways, and a honey something or other. The chocolates were all extremely tasty and I enjoyed them immensely. My favorite were the skälies! The caramel is out of this world and they do not skimp on the pecans (chef's kiss). The service was average. It wasn't rude, but it wasn't warm either. I felt a tad rushed as I made my selections, which did take me a while as it was my first time. However, there were really no other customers in the store as it was late at night. The worker was young and I think some of those skills come with experience and age. It's definitely not an inexpensive chocolate shop, but that's to be expected. Delicious! Went on a stroll through this beautiful area of Geneva, and stumbled upon Graham's chocolate. They have a ton of different types of chocolate, as well as ice cream, shakes, malts, etc. They had a lot of Easter bunnies and Easter themed chocolate when we went, bought a solid chocolate bunny as well as almond covered chocolates which were delicious. Ordered sorbet and was told there is a new cup size. I was pretty shocked with the miniscule size. There were about 6 spoonfuls for $5, the same price as ice cream.
